Always impressed with the kindness of the girls at the front seat and it seems silly but the treats are a nice perk. I also appreciate that Dr Mattiacio realized my retainer wasn’t working correctly and instead of stringing me along for too much treatment he had it sent back to the lab.

My oldest is already a patient with Dr. M, but at our recent visit my youngest, Delaney had her first visit to see Dr. M and staff for her first consult. Delaney is fairly shy and doesn’t talk too much when she’s in new situations. Delaney’s visit went very well. The staff treated her so good (this wasn’t a surprise!) made her feel super comfortable and Dr. M made her feel very important! Delaney is in need of a retainer very soon and this could have made her nervous when he talked about her teeth needing to be fixed asap, but he was so good with her-she’s actually excited about the retainer! Thanks Dr. M and staff for yet another FANTASTIC first impression! Your office is truly the BEST!

I had my 1^st Invisalign fitting today. Everyone is so professional and friendly. I can’t wait to go back for my 10 week checkup! :)

Our family has been patients for over 8 years now. Dr. M has treated all 3 of my boys, myself and my husband. We have had retainers, braces and invisalign.
The office is amazing. If there is something electronic that kids love, it is here. My kids love the drinks and snacks at the office. Everyone is always happy and friendly. Dr. M always makes it a point to speak to everyone, not just the patients. Appointments are always on time, no wait. Scheduling is super flexible.
We enjoy the outings he has for his patients and families. Whether it is Darien Lake, bowling or the movies we always enjoy attending.

rom the initial consultation to two years later removing his brackets, Dr. M and his team have been amazing. Compared to my experience 20 years ago with my braces, this has been tremendous. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. We even had some insurance changes that caused some hiccups but I barely had to do a thing to get sorted out. The office is dedicated to Fun, from the bright colors to the music… And, of course, video games, iPads, etc. Dr. Mattiacio makes visits fun and totally relates to his patients. He’s also available any time you may need him and he really cares about checking in to make sure things are going ok. This office was referred to me by a friend who had two sons with braces. Initially I did some shopping around. Thankfully, I had a consult at Mattiacio first. The other provider in Victor couldn’t compare — from treatment plan to office environment to cost. Mattiacio was the hands down choice. And we haven’t been disappointed. Thank you to EVERYONE for taking such good care of my son and giving him an amazing Hollywood smile. I’m a fan (and promoter) for life!
