JCPenney

I am going to make this review short and sweet since this was my first time in this store, I had a very pleasant shopping experience even though I was just kind of nosing around for some clothes.
The store is clean and its very easy to find your desired departments, and if you can’t there are some very friendly and helpful employees to guide you in the direction that you so desire. I grew up with my mom shopping at JC Penny on a regular basis and always coming home fully satisfied, and her delightful experiences some how have gotten passed down to me, so that I too can experience them as well, Thanks mom, and thanks JC Penny for a delightful experience.

For some reason, I always find better bargains and more items in my size at this small store rather than the store in South County. I like the hometown feel of this store, small but still plenty of variety (and up to date fashion, not behind the times as some other ‘town’ stores are). I always find something in the clearance sections and normal priced items always seem to be on sale. My husband and I limit ourselves to one trip every few months because we spend so much (but its worth it!) For example, yesterday I bought the cutest army green military wool coat — original price was $ 250 — marked down to $ 38, then with a button missing (was in the pocket and am going to sew it back on) was given another discount, bringing the $ 250 coat to $ 27! What a bargain! We ended up buying me shirts, jeans and dress pants for work, bought him a few shirts and much needed jeans, along with a baby outfit for my mom to be sister, and pillows (ALL of which were on sale).
Husband is a 34 length, which is hard to find, but somehow this store always seems to have his length (thanks!). Yesterday in particular the woman manning the return clothing bin in the ladies dressing room was fantastic — she was so helpful and courteous. I had so many clothes in my hands that she offered to go get me a shopping bag, and helped me find the pair of jeans that I had tried on (and loved) and managed to drop somewhere in the store. She was spectacular, I only wish I would’ve gotten her name and told management — good asset to their team!
also — most JCP’s are dirty/​messy and I must say this one is always very clean — another shopping plus!
Will definitely be back — just got to pay off this trip first :)
