Delicious food, good service. Can’t ask for more. Had a Tuscan omelette and absolutely loved it. Pancakes are tasty too. Go for it!

Blah diner food that absolutely REQUIRES Tabasco/​Chulula to give it some taste, IHOP in Farmington is only recommended for late nights or when your parents/​grandparents insist on pancakes.
My last few visits, the service has been slow to the point of crawling. Turnover must be high as I’ve never had the same waitstaff twice and they never seem to know what they’re doing. Honestly, the only familiar face I’ve noticed is the manager… and while he started out friendly, he’s gotten pretty surly over the past year or so.

Even late at night, food is still as good as the morning breakfast. Very consistent quality, nice and friendly staff. Very accommodating to my kids’ food quirks. Manager on duty was actively checking on patrons. Gave me that extra squishy good feeling.

Easy in easy out. We walked right in, got seated, ate what we wanted, and left. The server accommodated a tricky request and to doubly ensure our happiness he discounted the bill. Awesome :)
I wish there were fewer suger-​drenched items on the menu. But was pleased there were salads and burgers available.

It was a IHOP… The food was quite good… Just breakfast for us… The server was as good as any fine dinning restaurant I have been to. I have had much worse. I would eat there again!!!

Best in Farmington. Consistent. Coffee always tastes great. It’s always busy. I never have to worry whether it will be good or not, like almost all Farmington eateries. Good every time.
