Horrible. I’d rate it 0 stars if I could. I’d rather drive 50 miles out of my way than to ever go here again. The customer service is god awful and rude, they have raised my rates twice over the course of 6 months. They lock you out after 5 days if payment is past due and they’re closed on Sunday so if you have any issue– you’re not accessing your unit. Period. Oh and they f* up their gate system all the time, and again if its hours theyre closed– you’re not accessing your unit. I’ve brought these issues to their attention and they begrudgingly gave me $ 5 off next month… whoo hoo. It’s not just this facility, I think corporate is just as bad. I will never go to another extra space again.
