Little pricey but good and fast. Have sent several arrangements and will send more in the future

I am a big supporter of Edible Arrangements. Each of the three stores I have dealt with have provided the best service ever! From feedback after delivery, I have heard nothing but praise
and good things about the freshness of the product and the timely delivery. I have received several arrangements over the years and each one better and more delicious than the one before. What a delightful gift to send and receive. «Cheers» to your company throughout the country! What a great concept! I am impressed!

Very professional! High end service for sure. I called to place an order for mother’s day and they later followed up to make sure someone would be home. The delivery was prompt and stunningly beautiful! More importantly, the fruit was very fresh with an outstanding quality of chocolate.

I would have rated a zero, but there wasn’t that option. Do NOT ever order from this store and have them deliver! They will rip you off! I put in an order to be delivered as a gift. My friend thanked me for the arrangement in an e-​mail with a picture of the delivery. Not what I had ordered at all! Completely ripped me off and had about half of the fruit in the basket. When I called the store they asked for the picture. I sent it to them. The store manager accused me that some of the fruit most of been eaten before the picture was taken… not the case at all! If any of the fruit was eaten must have been from a store employee! He then offered to take $ 11 off!!! Are you kidding me??? Off of a $$ 60 arrangement! The worst consumer service ever from the John, the manager. I told him I was unhappy with his resolution and will be calling customer service. They gave me a case number, and he was suppose to call me back with in 72 hour and I’m still waiting for that phone call. Maybe if you pick up your oder you’ll get what you paid for, but don’t ever pay for a delivery you won’t be seeing.

I have purchased two arrangements from here, of fruit boxes. Service is fast and professional. My second order with them I had submitted online at about 1am and they still had my box ready that same day at 10am, as requested. Both of my orders I picked up Instead of delivery service (add’l $ 12) so can’t comment on delivery…
For the chocolate covered topping fruit boxes are about $ 40 on average, but it is well worth it. My first purchase was a gift for my grandmother and she absolutely loved it!
The fruit very fresh. I have no complaints.
Parking at this location is ample, it is located within a shopping plaza.
