Good food and great service we love Claudia but we are frequent diners and 9 times out of 10 I ask for a glass of Chardonnay and they tell me they are out of it

Love this place. The food is so good. I always get the enchiladas and my guy always gets the soft tacos. Very good service.

I took my daughter here for a fun mom and daughter lunch. I ordered the fajitas and she got the enchiladas. We ended up switching plates because her food had a terrible taste. She’s 8 so I thought maybe it was her perspective. It was not. It was bland and tinny. There were five tables occupied and none of them received service in a timely manner.

The place is a little hard to find. Coming down A street, it is located in a warehouse type building with the entrance on one end.
At first I was disappointed after reading the reviews as the salsa was very disappointing. Very tomato-​y and not a lot of of chunky-​ness. I eventually got into it and it had a good kick. The chips very thin, fresh and crispy. But this was heading towards 1 – 2 stars on the salsa alone.
I ordered the regular fajita with the meat combo. I usually like meat combos to get to sample all. In this case the combo included chicken, steak and shrimp. It was not a huge portion, but was fantastic. The chicken and steak seemed fresh slices and grilled just for this serving. The shrimp was good as well. The fajitas made this a place to come back to and saved this review.
The service was just ok, but not really any issues, either.

Excellent. I ordered a taco salad. Best shell I’ve ever had and it was loaded. The cheese dip was so good you can’t stop. My husband ordered chicken wings. We’ve never had such large meaty ones anywhere else.

I’ve been here twice. It’s a very spacious restaurant with a cool bar that’s tucked into it’s own room, so you don’t have to worry about getting too loud talking/​watching sports.
Their chimichangas are delicious! A group of us all ended up ordering them once, and no complaints.*****

Make sure to try Adam’s Tequila. He takes basic tequila and infuses it with chunks of agave/​sugar cane/​very dark cherries/​possibly spices/​secret ingredients from Mexico. Great stuff! You can also pick up a bottle of it to go as I did with some buddies last May for a party! *****

Best Farmington Mexican restaurant! Why do I like it? 1. THE FOOD! Very authentic, fast and flavorful 2. THE ATMOSPHERE in the Factory with exposed brick and historic wood beams the architecture is great. 3. SEATING OPTIONS there is a non-​smoking and smoking option but this place is great because the sections are in separate rooms — no one is unhappy. 4. THE STAFF they’re great and always make sure you are taken care of. Be sure to try Casa Sol.
