The drive-thru experience at the Grand River Burger King in downtown Farmington consistently has THELONGEST wait times I’ve ever experienced. There were 4 people in front of me and I had 10 minutes to get fired up and then enough time to write this review before I received my food. Polite service but no excuse for this!!!

Strange about the reviews here online have always had a pleasant experience coming to this location. I don’t come here that much often but when I do everything is always right and the order is never messed up. Also the coupon I used they let me keep it after applying it to my order.

BK has always been the first burger place that I would love to dive in and eat. But the location of the burger king is what that matters. For example here in farmington, this BK has a lot of bad things. The service was not that good, I never had such bad service from BK on my area but this one really bad. Would think twice before entering this place again.

It is, in fact, as good as a Burger King can get. It’s Burger King, friends, not an upscale dining experience. It’s not a healthy café or a trendy bistro. It’s Burger King. I’m not a huge fan of fast food(I typically only eat it when traveling on a turnpike), but about once a year I crave a good old fashioned Whopper, and will go through the drive thru. I’ve always had friendly, fast, accurate service from this location — all I could possibly want from Burger King.

Worst Burger King EVER! I wish I didn’t have to give it one star, because it doesn’t even earn that! The place is filthy to the point where your shoes stick to the floor. Forget about washing your hands before eating, you’ll want to afterward, instead! Even when there were only three customers in the place, it took them more than ten minutes to get my order together and they got it wrong, anyway. I waited another ten minutes for them to correct it, after a very rude manager reluctantly acknowledged me waiting for assistance. I finally gave up and requested a refund, instead, and then she ignored me three more times when I asked for the refund. She finally handed me the corrected order and sarcastically told me to have a good night. The fact that someone like this reached management level speaks volumes about the franchise and it is why I will NEVER be back. Stuff happens and I don’t expect every experience to always have a perfect ending, but how management responds to problems can make or break the reputation for any business. This one FAILEDMISERABLY. Take my advice and avoid this«fast» food nightmare. You, your sanity, and your health will benefit from driving past this one.

If I could give lower I would. This was the worst service I have experienced in a long time. Not only did they give my eat-in order to a drive up customer, but the person pushing food could have cared less, and acted like it was no big deal. Mine took over 15 minutes and if had paid already, would have walked. I felt bad for the new manager as she was single handedly trying to make it all better, but with such an incompetent crew, good luck. Steer Clear of this BK, as you will not get it your way nor will others that will get your order.

Stopped by after a trip to the library for story time. Had some running around to do so I was the bad mom who decided to hit up the drive thru for lunch. Service was very polite but the 3 minute wait for fries during lunch time was a bit much. Drive thru = FAST food right?! Well at least I wasn’t in any sort of real hurry. The good news is they had plenty of time to get my order right. I suppose it wasn’t the worst experience. I may try them again when in a pinch.

After reading through the previous reviews, I guess the more things change, the more they stay the same. I usually use the drive-through, and have learned to thoroughly check my order before I leave — including tearing my sandwich apart to make sure it’s right. Mistakes are frequently made. This, coupled with slow, surly service, make this the worst BK ever. After giving it many chances, I’m done. Another customer bites the dust!

For years, I avoided Burger King. That«King» mascot they used was so insulting to intelligence, I could not logically grace them with sales. I’m just not dumb enough for that, I guess. A very long time ago, they took my class through the original building on a field trip, which I recall as being mildly informing, and we got to eat lunch there. Back then, Burger King was«da bomb». Well, they levelled the old building and put up a new building that has zero style and no comfort. Well, they dropped the«King» stuff, so I figured I’d give it a shot… what I got was mealy, greasy fish filet, and apparently, they no longer sell french fries. Instead, they sell fried salt sprinkled with potatoes. I’ll go somewhere else for fast food. Utter crap.

I agree with Carrie K. I have been coming here for over 30 years as I live one block away. This Burger King is extremely inconsistent with their food. One time the Whoppers and food are good, the next time you go the food is awful and needs to be sent back. The restaurant tables and floors are usually dirty and need to be wiped. Cleanliness and quality of the food are not top priority’s at this Burger King.

If it wasn’t for this BK being in a convenient location for me, I’d never go and every time I do, I kick myself. I’ve never been to a BK with slower service or worse food. We had to get to a school function last night so we swung by and the burgers were charred black! They were actually crunchy! A big pet peeve for me is when a restaurants dining room is freezing cold. I don’t care what time of year you go in here, it’s COLD! They keep the temperature comfortable for the employees but forget about the customers sitting down on those freezing cold plastic both seats.
