Better Living Center

I absolutely love going here! Everybody is down to earth, and very helpful. For such a small place, they really do have many products. The spice prices are amazing!

The Better Living Center is half indoor farmer’s market, half bulk purchasing of pastas, spices and healthy living products. They carry many local dairy, meat, and fresh vegetables and I believe may have some sort of program for crop share programs etc. They also carry an array of health and beauty products (Natural) ranging from essential oils to Tom’s of Maine.
Really, this place is like a small, local whole foods, minus the ridiculous prices.
Comparison — I bough a bottle of lavender oil at whole foods for 16.99, same bottle at BLC, 8.99.
If you live in the area check it out — I always purchase the little lads herbal popcorn, spinach pasta, and various bulk cracker type items.
They do have slightly weird hours though, making it a little difficult to plan your visit. However, in the summer the farmers market takes place in the movie theater lot connected to the BLC’s.
