Top shelf company. Did an amazing job. They were punctual, friendly and would recommend them to anyone thinking about doing a remodel.

Unfortunately, from the get go, the folks at this company gave my sister and I the run around. It took an inordinate amount of time to schedule a time for them to put in a solid surface counter top at my parents’ home. They initially gave a date and then changed it for a later date. After everything was said and done, when I was at my parents’ home and put a pen down on the new counter, the pen rolled off the counter. I contacted Loreen and asked her why the counter was not leveled and shimmed. She cited a previous incident that had occurred with the counter. The counter had a small discoloration (less than four inches in diameter) due to a warm pan being placed on the counter. The counter has since been restored to its original condition. She tried to say that the small spot on the counter affected the leveling of the counter. When I told the counter repairman the story, he laughed and could not believe she would use that as an excuse because there was no way the spot on the counter could possibly affect the fact that the counter was not level! When I disagreed with Loreen, she hung up on me. Not very professional. However, before she hung up, I told her that I was going to write a review about our experience with her company.
