Marshalls Department Store

I just wrote a review on a Marshalls where I gave it 4 stars. Normally all Marshalls I review get 3 stars but with excellent service that one got 4. This one is one of my least favorite Marshalls. It is a beautiful store, big, spacious, with tons of inventory. You’ll find great deals here. However it is all about the atmosphere that makes it very unpleasant for me.
On a few occasions I have had good service here but I have had bad service bordering on being rude on occasions too. However, I don’t blame the employees for the isolated experiences of rude behavior. I find the customers to be pushy, strange at times, rude to the employees and sometimes I think that rubs off on the employees. It’s the best store for inventory but too weird an atmosphere here for me. It’s like the upscale cheap people like to shop here lol. I’d rather go to TJ Maxx in the same shopping area where cheap cheap people like me are comfortable lol.
I am kidding but I still do feel more comfortable at TJ Maxx in this area. That is the opposite of my review of the two stores in Novi where I feel more comfortable at the Marshalls there than the TJ Maxx. It goes to show that selection and service do matter.
