I’ve been going to this shop(it’s moved several locations) for years. I was referred to this place because the dealer wanted to charge a few thousand dollars for work but this place charged a fraction of that. Scott has always been honest and upfront with me and stands behind his work. They’ve been my go-to for anything I’ve had an issue with.

If you have a BMW, MERCEDES, AUDI… you MUST always speak to scott whenever you have a question or concern about your vehicle. He has over a decade of experience and is very easy to work with. He seems to always be available via text and phone and always has decisive answers to all of my questions. After purchasing a used, new for me, 750i Scott was able to hold my hand through all of the repairs needed to get it road ready. He is basically a complete BMW service shop in 1. At a much, MUCH more affordable price. His knowledge is tantamount to the most experienced service manager in the business, and his compassion and understanding of the business is the BEST, bar none. He even PAIDMEBACKFORRENTALCHARGES i incurred as a result of dropping my car off for service! Brand new valve stem seals baby! At a quarter of dealer cost! After having a few terrible experiences at several of the BMW dealerships, a friend of mine referred«Scott the BMW specialist» and the words spoke for themselves. My car was having a shaking issue and the ‘service engine soon’ light was flashing on the screen. The dealer wanted $ 152 plus tax to just diagnose the issue but I told the dealer to go ahead with the diagnosis. After getting back to me, they told me I needed to replace all 6 spark plugs and 6 ignition coils which was going to cost about $ 1000! At this point, I told BMW to hold off as I contacted Scott, the owner of The Bimmer Shop. I explained my issue, which he was very knowledgable about. He put me on hold for maybe all of 4 minutes and he gave me an estimate over the phone with the original BMW parts for less than half the price. I brought my car to him the next day for the repairs! I would highly recommend Scott and his professional staff to any BMW owner.
