I think the lady who does the ped/​manicure, I will describe both of them as darker skin, seems like from Ecuador or Hispanic. They never smile, never talk, even if you give them a good tip, it seems like they are not happy to be there… Is it the language barrier? Maybe, but at least Kay the owner should teach them how to smile and give good customer service.
They do an excellent job on nails, but but they do NOT have the SOCIAL and ETIQUETTE skills. That is why I chose MIKE, the only Man there, at least he has some manners and smiles.

They are very nice and give great massages.

I decided to try this place based on the other review here but my experience was different. The place is definitely cleanly and the girl who did my nails did a nice job on my nails overall. She was extremely silent the whole manicure which made the massage a bit awkward. I was surprised though that they ask you for 2.00 more if you want the quick drying top coat, I opted out.
They definitely give you a lot for an 8.00 manicure as it does include a hand/​arm and a short neck/​back massage while your nails are drying. This would be fantastic however the girl who did my massage was so rough and painful I just wanted it to end. She squeezed my arms so hard I felt like my circulation was cut off.
The neck/​back massage would have been awesome as they use a hot compress at one point but I actually need a massage now because of the bad massage I received, my neck is killing me. She was moving bones and veins around in my neck no joke I was starting to get worried like um. I don’t think that bone is supposed to move around like that.
I thought she would get that I was hurting by me gesturing towards grabbing my neck and saying «owww «but she didn’t seem to get it. I didn’t know how else to tell her she was too rough I felt too mean to outright say stop or your being too rough but maybe I should have.
I give this place 3 stars based on all around cleanliness, the fact that my nails look nice and the value of their services that you get with the manicure but I have to take off stars for my individualized massage experience as it left me hurting. I also maintain the 3 stars simply because the effort was there she just killed me trying.
I’m not saying don’t go here because as far as the nail service it was fine but the massage was way too rough on me. I think if you do go here don’t be afraid to speak up like me if the girl is too rough! Or maybe opt out of the massage.
