I love this chain because they let me customize my noodle dishes.

Try the Indonesian peanut sauce noodle, truly spicy! It’s a great place for when you want pasta or noodles but don’t want to go to fancy restaurant. Overall a good experience might come but not so soon.

I love the concept and the space & staff are excellent. The food is fresh. But I just can’t get on board with the food. I came here because my friend Justin said they were celebrating National Spaghetti day. Free spaghetti. I figured I’ll give this play another shot since Justin likes it so much. I got the beef stroganoff for my son & the spaghetti with meatballs for me. I felt the beef had very good flavor but the dish lacked the sauce I would consider to be a stroganoff. Maybe some sour cream. It didn’t taste anything like a stroganoff. As for my spaghetti with meatballs. The sauce was fresh but lacked flavor. And I was not a fan of the gum ball meatballs. Definitely a pass on that. This is my 3rd time eating at a Noodles & Co. I keep hoping to get the thrill others are getting but it keeps eluding me. If I had to choose fast food American Italian I’d rather have Olive Garden. But once again it’s just MY preference.

Waste of money and time. Fresh ingredients which is a plus but it ends there. Had the Pad Ti noodle dish with shrimp, added the soup. Soup was overly sweet with an over emphasis on the coconut. No depth in broth just coconut flavor. Pad Ti noodles were over cooked and under seasoned. Went to try based on reviews and will never go back. Food wasn’t worth the $ 13.75 with drink. Better noodle dish at local Chinese Food delivery.

Noodles are great and the place is kid friendly. But they can be very slow bringing your food out to you. Buttered noodles with meatballs is my go to! You can also order wine and beer which is a plus for a «fast food» place.

Girlfriend introduced me to this place. She loves the chicken noodle soup and the mac & cheese. My first time here I tried the chicken noodle soup and a Caesar salad. Both were good. Today I’m trying the chicken Caesar salad. The restaurant is nice. Very bright. Nicely decorated. They have the Coke machines that allow you to create 100 different ‘flavors’ — Coke, Cherry Coke, Vanilla Coke, etc. My choices(so far) have been very ‘safe’. I suspect most people are more adventurous when they visit — Thai Curry Soup, Pad Thai, and Bangkok Curry. It’s just a little pricey — $ 28 for soup, salad, and macaroni & cheese — but it does appear to be fresh and made with quality ingredients.

Great Concept! –A step-up from fast-food! –Make a variety of different pastas and sauces and have a nice, comfy cozy environment to enjoy said meal in. First, figure out what you want from the huge selection of pastas, sauces, salads, sandwiches, then order, and get your table number. Sit down and wait for your delicious hot food to come out to you on real plates & with real utensils! Even the glasses for your soda(freestyle coke machine, I might add) are glass! COOL! Paid the same amount as I would at any fast food chain and felt satisfied and had GOOD, real food, not crap! Mac and Cheese was awesome and hubs salad looked amazing! Totally good for when you can’t decide what you want, since you can have just about anything here! Totally coming back to try more things!!! WOOHOO! I’m in love!!!

i would have given 2.5 stars if possible. I recently had the Japanese pan noodles with marinated beef(menu and clerk recommended!), i thought it was bland and the steak had an odd texture and tasted mostly like soy sauce. Today i had the pulled pork sandwich, this was much better. It was tasty but there was verrry little Cole slaw on it, and the hero bread could have been better, either wasn’t today’s or for lack of a better description, closer to supermarket frozen and in store baked.

as fast casual restaurants go, this place is definitely at the top of the food chain! they have a vast array of pasta offerings in cuisines ranging from italian to thai & more — everything is very tasty, super inexpensive & totally customizable to meet your dietary and tastebud needs — if you like heat the indonesian peanut sautee is really good, and for the health conscious they now offer«buff bowls» — low carb variations of their original recipes where the pasta is replaced with a nice helping of fresh spinach… overall a really good spot for a quick bite

I tried the Bangkok Curry with Pork. Food is tasty, but the pork portion is little. Order like Fast Food in the counter, but they brought the food to my table and it took them 15 minutes.

I was confused by this place. It was all set up Cosi style: See the menu on the side wall, order at the counter, take your number and drink to the seat and have your food brought out to you. All well and good, but there’s also a bar there? It’s super confusing. Not enough to ruin my enjoyment of the mac and cheese we got. We wanted a medium-sized snack between an early lunch and what was to be a late dinner. We split the large mac and cheese and even though the gigantic bowl it came in made it look small, it was not. This was a delicious, creamy mac and cheese with a great cheese sauce. The sauce is also on one of their sandwiches. Guess what I’m getting next time? They have Izze, which is always a nice change of pace, and serve alcohol, apparently…

This was interesting, REALLYTASTY! I had the curry noodles and a soup, which was different, but really good! I would be back, and to think we set out that day to get some pizza… this was a nice surprise!

Pesto Cavatappi. I enjoy my meal. Pasta a Al dentate, just the way I like. Pesto was a lil watery but was tasty. I will return to try something else.

I went to a Unilocal event at the location in Patchogue and the food was just okay. I thought that maybe it was the location or maybe they were not prepared for the amount not of people that showed up. Anyway one opened up very close to my house and so I decided to try it and now as you can see I am obsessed. This location in Farmingdale is very nice and very clean. I love the fact that I can order my food online and then go and pick it up. The food at this location is so much better than the one farther east. I’m glad I gave them another chance I might have missed out on a good thing. The staff that works there are nice and they greet you with a smile and a kind word. It really helps when the people that work at a place are happy. I recommend this location in Farmingdale only.

My boyfriend and I went here last night for a quick dinner. It was my first time here though my boyfriend has been to this company before(just a different location). I was really excited to try the food because they had some great Vegan options for someone like me. However, the young girl taking our order was extremely rude — talking over us, barely listening, rolling her eyes, etc. I’ve been in customer service my whole life so I’m usually pretty lenient about it and don’t complain — but the rudeness and lack of care from this girl(especially because we were nothing but kind) was really ridiculous. Anyway, after we sat down we had a great and sweet lady deliver our food to our table. Our main dishes were correct(and delicious honestly) but we were served a totally different/incorrect and more expensive dish when we had ordered a coconut curry soup to share. And that mistake was due to that one girl at the register simply just not listening to our order and talking over us and not looking at us as we did so. Obviously, that made us even more annoyed that we were given rude service and then our order was wrong. The manager came over and apologized for the mistake and very nicely brought us our correct order and offered to reimburse us for the difference which we graciously accepted. But then he never came back over and reimbursed us! So obviously, our customer experience was not a great one and we were disappointed about it because we thoroughly enjoyed the food. My boyfriend is a meat eater and I’m a vegan so that fact we could both easily find something yummy to eat was great but the service is seriously lacking. My suggestion to this location: — talk to your associates about proper customer service and adjust accordingly — manager: follow through with your words! Integrity is important.

Neat concept. Something different for the area. You order your base noodles, add meats, add sides and they bring it out to you. Nice cross between fast food and table service. Food is okay. Fast, but fresh. Beer and wine are available. I would certainly come back.

Visit Date: July 31, 2015 I came here with my friend Michelle K. for dinner. It didn’t meet the exciting expectations I had for it. I’m not sure if it’s just this location and if the other locations are different or any better. I sampled 3 different items and ended up bringing food home and I bought carrot cake home for my husband. I had the magherita flat bread, and a small bowl of japanese noodles and a small bowl of the wisconsin mac n’ cheese. The flat bread had the most taste to it. The wisconsin mac n’ cheese wasn’t cheesy enough and it was a little bland. The japanese noodles were spicy but I only think that’s because I put siracha sauce on them. When my hubby ate the carrot cake he said it was just okay. I feel like this is more of a run of the mill sort of chain, that their food is maybe pre-prepared and microwaved or heated before being served. The only time I think I’d be back here was if someone else wanted to go, I don’t feel like I’d choose to come back here on my own or that I would want to bring anyone here for food.

The Thai hot pot, which is their featured dish, was tasty but was expecting a little more for it being their star dish, I’m not sure if it was the curry or thyme but when it hits the back of your throat it made me cough. The chicken noodle soup both was very good, not overly salty like some soups can be, the chicken was very tender and good but the noodles were not cooked enough and I thought it should have had more vegetables.
