Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp

I have made several attempts to contact CMC directly and I have been refused that access. I have been told that someone would get back to me and they have not. I have been hung up on 3 times and people refuse to provide their names. I have also emailed them directly and via their website with no response. CMC has made it a practice to falsely send materials (green gobbler) to myself and numerous apartment communities nationwide under the pretense that it is for a free trial and left over from trade shows. Subsequently they have invoiced for the materials sent. When we have refused to pay they have initiated collection with collection agencies. Since this happened to me I have learned that this has happened to 8 other apartment communities in my company recently. I had our accounting department investigate the history of invoices and payments to CMC and have found invoices dating back as far as 2006 that were disputed under the same circumstances. I was hoping to be able to contact someone to simply put an end to this practice and move on. However, since I encountered such an uncooperative and rude response to my attempts, I made a complaint to the BBB which already indicates numerous complaints on this company of the same nature. Futhermore they claim a BBB rating of A– on their website
while the BBB says thay are not rated. In addition the collection agency handling the claim against me closed out the action immediatly as they have received numerous complaints of the same circumstances with this company.
