very rude people… will never go back food was horrible and i cant get past the rudeness

I am very surprised to hear about the bad food and stomach issues. I and my family, extended family and frinds have eaten here at least once to twice a month in the last 10 to 12 years and the food is always good (sometimes a little salty, depends on cook working) to excellent. We have developed a friendship with the owners and it is disappointing to see the negative reviews. I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to sometimes salty food, otherwise very good food and service is decent but when busy there can be a bit of a wait.

They are S L O W !!! 40 minute wait for BBQ Spare ribs lunch special and dumplings. And I ordered and ate at the store !!!
I am also embarrassed to admit it, but like two other Unilocalers Eddie H. and Brian R. experience: diarrhea…

diarrhea. lots and lots of aweful diarrhea not to mention my chicken was soggy. Actually now that i think about it everything was soggy. I used to love this place, but the last 6+ months i’ve had to argue with them about not sending my items ive PAYED for and on top of it the food is soggy and tasteless. not to mention the crazy urge to explode on the toilet all day. sorry to be so graphic but you should know what you’re getting yourself into
Also my girlfriend got diarreah and we got two entirely different meals.
So everything was contaminated, not just my chicken.
god forbid they forget something, i felt like a lawyer defending a client trying to get the stuff i PAYED FOR.
definetaly is going down hill and quickly it seems.

Tried this place a couple of times since moving to Farmingdale. The food was tasty, but not worth the 24hrs of stomach pain and diarrhea that me and my wife experienced BOTH times we ordered from there. Can’t be a coincidence, so steer clear of this place!

Really great Chinese food… we’ve tried almost all of them in Farmingdale and we keep coming back to this one. They’re really fast with delivery, they’ll say 30 – 45 mins and sometimes there here in 15 :) Never had any problem with their food. Highly recommend them!

I haven’t had any problems here ever and I’ve been coming here for years. It’s not the absolute best I’ve ever had but it’s good and reliable. Definitely a-​ok for standard Chinese take-​out. They are usually pretty quick too. Love their garlic sauce!

One of my favorite places to get Chinese. I have not had anything bad here.
