Not impressed. Came here to look at softball gloves since I haven’t played since I was a kid! Made it over to gloves in an area that said baseball. I didn’t see a softball glove area (only fast-​pitch) and there were softball gloves in the baseball area. The gloves were strewn about haphazardly and none seemed to be in their correct area. After looking I’m sure a bit lost, another customer looking at bats offered to help me find the right glove. He also told me Academy and online sites were much cheaper than Sports Authority. No employees ever came by and it goes without saying that no employee assisted me. Both myself and the other customer left without buying anything.

Great store! Found Nike workout tanks for $ 4.97, compression tights and jogger pants on sale for $ 36 (20% off). There were many sales in all departments and I found the north face jacket I’ve been looking for, too… Which was on sale as well! Also since I checked in on Unilocal,Unilocal offered a $ 10 off $ 50+ coupon. Will be coming back :)
One tip: there should be someone to attend the dressing room.

If you know what you’re looking for and they have it. great! 5 stars for sure. If you’re just browsing around and looking for a good deal, chances are you might find something~ Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find much of a good deal so I was kind of bummed, but at the last minute I did happen to find a really good deal on a North Face jacket for my dad! :) Score!!! I just wish they had more of a selection.

Sportswear, sporting goods, exercise equipment, bikes, shoes, baseball, racquetball, fishing, tennis, basketball, football, etc, etc, etc… Sports Authority has you covered. Regardless of your sporting needs, this should be one of your stops to find whatever you are looking for.
From a price perspective, I would put them somewhere in the middle.
I wouldn’t say that I’ve ever experienced any remarkable customer service story to share, but when I needed someone in the past, they were able to help.
