Purchased a new LG Twin Wash set as well as a new refrigerator and another freezer and fridge for the garage. Laurie and William were excellent and worked through multiple changes to the order after my original choices ended up being too large for our home.

My husband and I went into Pacific Sales located in the Best Buy at LBJ and Midway. We ended up buying a washer and dryer and a refrigerator. We found an incredible deal on the fridge. Someone had not measured their space, so had to send the fridge back. Therefore, we were able to buy an LG fridge for half of the price. Brand New. Sounds good so far… The delivery protocol was to deliver all 3 appliances at once. The system goes as follows: Pacific Sales uses a third party delivery company and they call you the night before your scheduled delivery. So, I received an automated phone call saying my delivery would be between 10 – 2 the following day. Well, we do not live in the house the appliances were to be delivered to, so I called back and asked if I could have any smaller timeframe. I was then told the driver would call me 30 mins to 1 hour prior to delivery. So, I waited all day and had not heard anything, I then called at 1:30 and was told that someone had called me and had actually spoken to me! And they waited for me to show up and since I never came, they left. What! I then had to call the third party company back, was on hold for 47 mins and had to reschedule my delivery, for a week later. This time I did receive the 30 min to 1 hour phone call, met the truck and they started unloading my washer and dryer, but now there was no refrigerator! Now I had to call again to see why my fridge was not on the truck. I ended up going back to the store and my fridge was on the sales floor! Apparently, our original sales person had not put in the correct info in the system, therefore it was not known that the fridge needed to be shipped. After a lot of complaining, I received a $ 150 credit on my cc, which is nothing compared to the money we had spent. Now, I had to wait another week to receive another phone call to tell me when my fridge would be delivered. I was given a window of 5 – 9:30 pm! Well we have a 2 year old, my husband works late, so this was not acceptable. Especially, being as this was all Pacific Sales fault to begin with. so we should be the first delivery of the day, not the last. I would not be so angry if I was treated with the utmost respect and was apologized to profusely. I have worked in sales and with the public and have had to overcome obstacles and unhappy clients. I have always done whatever I could to make right whatever was wrong. My husband and I feel that Pacific Sales does not care about our situation and they have not made right what they did wrong. I would cancel our order right away, but the deal we got on this fridge cannot be beaten. I will never use Pacific Sales again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
