I go here all the time — amazing tacos, any kind you get. Fuzzy’s is one of my favorite restaurants!

This is the 3rd Fuzzys and every single time I’ve gotten the(2) chicken Enchilada plate with mixed-Mex Fried Rice/Refried Beans. Every single location I’ve got to I’ve never been disappointed. !!! The nachos are also really good !!!

Bathroom: The bathroom wasn’t as clean. I assume this is because the place was closing in an hour but I still didn’t see a bathroom cleaning log to indicate the last time it was clean. Dining Area: The dining area was relatively clean. Plenty of interesting photos to look at while waiting for your food. Customer Service: Customer service was superb. The gentleman before me gave the guy a hard time but when the cashier got to me he still delivered effective customer service. I wish I got his name but it’s the guy with the lips you won’t be able to miss him. He’s really sweet and knowledgeable of the menu so be nice! The food: Now on to the good stuff. I ordered the Special Ground Beef Nacho and trust me it is definitely as good as it sounds. Beware though this nacho comes with garlic sauce so therefore it is not your typical homemade velveeta and queso nacho. It’s good though I’ll definitely be back to try it again ! Price and Restaurant-Style: The price was actually moderate. Not as cheap as Taco Bell or Taco Cabana but cheaper than AppleBees and Chili’s if you get my jiff. As far as set up I honestly was not pleased with it. Everything is pretty much self served. The cashier takes your money, hand you buzzer and when the buzzer goes off you go up to the kitchen window to get your food. The positive in this is that you can tell the kitchen that your order isn’t correct right then but the negative in this is the self serve part. It’s just nice to have your food delivered to you especially since most people like me wash their hands before we eat. Another thing is that the forks, knives and stuff are all self served. I do not know where other people’s hands been. The lemon and lime tongs do not have labels so I didn’t know which one was for which therefore this led to me just having to guess. Environment: Considering this place is in the Galleria Area it was pretty relaxed. Also, I went about 45 min till closing on a Sunday so therefore the crowd was small. I was the only African-American(if that matters to you) in the restaurant during this time. The music was diverse meaning they played a little bit of everything(except the extreme music like hard rock and hard rap). Overall I had a comfortable dining experience.

I typically like Fuzzy’s Taco Shops. I’d never been to this one but wanted to meet a friend for lunch because it’s 2 minutes away. Less driving– more eating! Pro: The woman at the ordering counter was really nice. Customer service from her was excellent and she was the only one on the floor. Con: No stickers or marking on TOGO orders. Tacos were super messy and soggy. Before adding sauce. Spicy pork and chicken was bland, veggie tacos were great, tempura shrimp was BURNED. Due to the convenience of this Fuzzy’s I’ll probably give it one more shot. This location… is a decent spot. Taco Tuesday is now Taco Thursday though.

Just a basic taco shop with below average ingredients and menu options. Much better Taco options throughout the Metroplex.

Taco Tuesday and Margarita happy hour! Yes! We love this place. Come on Taco Tuesday and almost all Tacos are $ 1.50, TOGO is included! The chips and fuzzy dust are great! My only complaint is that they either don’t put stickers on the tacos at all, or they mismatch the stickers on the TOGO tacos. It’s irritating when I’m trying to hand out the tacos without having to open every single one first. Sometimes they forget an item but they always make it right if you speak to the manager. The younger manager is great and always takes care of us. The younger girls don’t seem to give a crap, but I think that’s anywhere you go! the patio is great and it’s perfect during nice weather. I do wish they would enforce the DONOTSMOKE within 20 feet rule. It disgusting to try to enjoy your food with the constant bellowing of smoke in your face. Our fav tacos are the Shrimp Tempura, you def can’t go wrong with those, and the flavored margaritas are pretty good too!

If you think lots and lots of Cilantro equates to good Mexican food you’ll love this joint. I had a shrimp taco and a beef fajita taco… I couldn’t even tell I was eating shrimp because the cilantro was so overpowering. Nothing was outstanding about this place at all.

I wish and look forward to the day that Austin gets their first Fuzzy’s. Whenever I’m in Dallas and need a good taco spot that’s quick I’ll usually land here. The fish tacos and shrimp tacos are super good, but I always get at least 1 order of the special beef tacos. There is something magical about the seasoning in their beef tacos. I usually order 2 tacos and their white queso and feel full. The white queso is not your typical queso, it is creamier. The vibe is casual and you can get in and out in 30 min or less on a weekday at lunch time. Weekends are somewhat busier and in college towns there can be a line. Beer available, at least at the 2 locations I have been to.

I like Fuzzy’s. Pretty consistent locale to locale. I usually get a couple of tacos and maybe an enchilada here or there. I tried the«grilled» fish sandwich once and it seemed like it was chunks of deep fried fish with the crust pulled off. It was pretty big and all that bread made me way too full. Anyway, I’ll be back. My favorite item is the Bahamas fajita beef taco(s).

So I had just got back to Texas for the first time in a long time, and really wanted Tex-Mex. However, I had to study for a training course I’m’ here for. Had to order out, but luckily there’s a pretty good service here that goes to restaurants that don’t deliver and does if for them. Everything was pretty much closed when we were looking, but Fuzzy’s doesn’t close until late. It is definitely a generic Tex-Mex place, but hey it was our only option. We got basically everythinTAg just ready to grub. We got tacos, fajitas, and quesadillas. Tacos: Were pretty good. They didn’t have the crawfish that are on the menu anymore, but I got the tempura and grilled shrimp. The grilled was okay, but the tempura was . Really awesome. However, they used to have some kind of pico garnish that I felt was missing on these. Quesadillas: The beef, brisket?, were really good, but the shredded chicken was alright. Definitely go with the shredded beef. Fajitas: Kind of amateur. Didn’t really have that good char on the beef, and not full of flavor. They didn’t take the guac off the lettuce that I asked to be removed, but whatever. Again, it’s generic Tex-Mex, but if you need to find something and are limited on options it’s way better than Taco Bell lol

This location has a lot to learn from the others. If you order multiple tacos, they throw them together haphazardly as evidenced in the photo. They may or may not end up with cheese, garlic sauce or cilantro. And half full of meat. And they’re always wet and soggy by the time I get them back to the office because they don’t bother to drain the juice off of the shredded beef. This place is a TACO shop, right? Tacos should be done well! I come here often but I went to the Plano(75/Central) location the other day and realized how much I’ve been deprived coming to this one. Really need some Quality Assurance training here.

This is a little gem of a taco shop! Great, chill vibe, delicious tacos, and awesome frozen margaritas. I got a chicken and beef brisket taco, both of which were great. They have a great sauce that I believe they put on all the tacos, which really adds to them. We also had chips and guacamole, which were pretty good. We came during drink specials and my two tacos, chips and guacamole, and 18oz marg were all less than $ 12! Pretty unbelievable if you ask me. Even if my margarita had been full price, it would have only been $ 6. Fuzzy’s is cheap, delicious, and a cool spot for a quick, fun dinner!

Queso is excellent for starters. Besides that the only good things i’ve had have been a variety of the breakfast tacos there. Seems like they put the most effort into those instead of the other items on the menu. Regardless I still keep coming back because of that dang queso here. The setting is nice alongside the drinks and staff are really kind. Would be a lot higher rating if the other parts of the menu got a boost.

Had to subtract a star after yesterday’s lunch. Walked in and no one was at the register to take my order. I didn’t see any employee in the entire restaurant. There was no bell to ring to alert employees to my presence. After a few minutes, a girl saw me and sauntered up to the counter in no hurry whatsoever. No apology for her unexplained absence. I ordered three soft Baja chicken tacos to go, and she asked me what kind of chicken. I have been here a million times and never been asked what kind of chicken I wanted in the tacos. The menu did not show there was more than one chicken choice for the tacos. When I asked which is the standard that usually comes with the tacos she had no idea. My three tacos were delicious but were cold, even though I ate them in the car immediately after I got them.

Fuzzy’s fails the first rule of integrity for any business: to wit, don’t post a price for a product and then charge extra at the counter for components that any reasonable person(long familar with that class of products) would assume would be included. Take their Jumbo Burrito, for instance. Would it be reasonable to assume that the four basic ingredients would be a tortilla, meat of some kind, rice, and beans? I think so and I think most people would. So how come rice and beans are extra here? Could it be so they can advertise one price and charge a dollar more when you reach the order window? That would be my guess. It’s kind of like the«resort fee» that hotels tack onto your room charge, a fee that wasn’t included in their«low low!» advertised price that you relied on while booking, but which, at check-in, you’re told you’ll have to pay(and which is required by nobody except them). It would be like Starbucks serving you a cup of hot water and asking if you would care to pay the fifty-cent«pour fee» to have it poured over coffee grounds. Some things should just damn well be included with the item. I have been looking for a taqueria in Dallas that at least matches the dozens of amazing ones with their amazing, huge burritos that are scattered all over the San Francisco Bay area – many of them just holes-in-the-wall or lunch-truck setups – and so far have not found a burrito anywhere at any price that comes anywhere close. So far the best I’ve had came from Taco Bell — I mean, what the fuck?! The search goes on. Fuzzy’s served me a mediocre burrito and it wasn’t really that jumbo in my estimation(La Coroneta in Glen Park would call this a Baby Burrito, and, of course, rice and beans would be the first things they ladle onto the tortilla). But this chain’s sneaky pricing policy is the major fail. One star for the good frozen margaritas.

Went for a quick taco this morning. Potato egg and cheese. Not too difficult I would have thought. Came out quickly. Maybe too quickly. Eggs were totally over done. Cheese wasn’t melted. Wanted to like it but really mediocre at best.

Got a free chips & queso for checking in!!! It was yummy. I ordered the chicken fajita salad it took about 5 min. Presentation of it sucked it wasn’t tossed each ingredient was by itself. And the chips inside of it looked left overs. But after all it had s good taste with the buttermilk ranch dressing.

Haven’t been to fuzzy’s in so long!!! I love this place! It so fun on game days and a great place for tex-mex food. One of my favorite entrees is the taco plate! You get two sides with it ! I also love the shredded beef tacos! Those are my absolute must haves when I come to fuzzy’s! The queso is sooo good here too and marks are always good to have with your food! You must try this place out if you haven’t! Not this location though. There is terrible service

I was staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to grab a quick lunch that was walking distance, so I went to Fuzzys. A Unilocal check in earned me free chips and queso, a $ 3.49 value! Great start! I wanted to sample their tacos so I got one grilled fish taco, a pulled pork taco, and a crawfish taco. Along with the free chips/queso, it was $ 7. So far so good! And then I got my food… The fish was supposed to be grilled, but it looked barely cooked. It looked more like baked fish, which just isn’t all that appetizing in a taco. I should’ve gotten the fried fish. The pulled pork was better. It was moist and flavorful. The crawfish was a big disappointment. Deep fried, battered chunks of something that could’ve maybe have been crawfish? All I tasted was the breading. The chips were good. The queso was actually pretty impressive, topped with fresh pico and more cheese. Oh, and it was free. At the end of the day, the meal was terrible but it wasn’t great either. Think of it like your basic fast food place. You’re not going to have a great dining experience, but you’ll get something fast, cheap and relatively filling. 2 stars for the food, plus another star for the value, free chips and friendly staff = 3 stars…

This Fuzzy’s is super duper small– only 20 or so tables inside. It’s about the size of the patio at the Campbell Rd. Location, which is the one I usually go to. They’re not Mexican taco or even proper Tex-Mex, but they’re quick and cheap. Checking in gets you free chips and queso, which is a good bonus. It’s pretty thin, but hell, it’s melted cheese, so it’s fine with me. Combine that perk with their $ 1.50 Taco Thursday for a super cheap meal. My favorite three tacos are the tempura fish, shredded beef with garlic sauce, and the breakfast chorizo, potato, egg and cheese.
