Since we moved to Falmouth we needed to store the items from our home, so we looked around for storage units in the area. After comparing prices we decided to choose this storage unit and booked our rental online. Being able to book online was very convenient and since we were away from the area, the management was able to finalize our rental over emails which made it even more convenient since we didn’t have to enter the office.
When it was time to move items into our unit, we had no issues and loved the fact that they had carts and elevators. Finding our unit was convenient and we didn’t feel pressured to rush since there weren’t many people on the property.
In the end, we think that this is a great storage facility and the staff here made the experience convenient. We can’t wait to find a home in the area, but until then we will continue to store our items at this storage unit.
