This B&B is simply amazing. I was in town for a wedding in Yarmouth and wanted a nice place to stay for a reasonable price, that was safe(I was traveling alone). It was only $ 115ish with tax for a night here, which includes an amazing, cooked to order breakfast and a giant bedroom, not to mention the amazing grounds where you can walk and the tranquil setting. Donna runs the place and she is so nice and easy to talk to. The day I left, we talked for hours, so I got a late start, but it was worth it. Skip some of the crappy hotels in the freeport/portland area(like that awful Best Western some of my friends ended up with) and stay here. Donna is so flexible, there are really no «rules»(like having to stay two nights or check in or out at a certain time) and I must stress how good the food is. She serves local eggs(YUM) and veggies and everything was just… so good. I cannot wait to have an excuse to go back to the area so I can stay here.

I stayed here last week with my Husband, Parents, Brother, Sister-in-law and my nephew(19 months). We traveled to Maine to attend my cousins wedding. My Mom found this B&B and it was perfect. The inn is quaint, 10 miles away from downtown Portland, Me(2 hours from Boston, Ma) and charming. Each couple had their own room, with all it’s 1780’s charm, it was cool to stay in an old New England home. Donna the inn keeper is so personable, helpful and welcoming. She made us eggs to order, waffles, coffee, OJ, fruit and rhubarb pie each morning. We were all able to have breakfast together each mornning. It was affordable, a central location and brought us all togeher. I would recommend this inn to anyone and hope to go back again soon. There are 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a communal parlor, breakfast room, communal room for snacks, with a fridge, etc.
