By far my favorite liquor store! My family and I have been coming to Kappys in Falmouth since the early 2000’s and it never ceases to amaze us at their selection! They literally have every liquor, wine, and beer you can think of, very organized with their products as well. Kappy’s will always be our #1 choice for a liquor store.

Who doesn’t love a liquor store that looks like a supermarket? Kappa’s has a great and knowledgable staff as well as an incredible selection of sports, wines, imported beers and much more. You have to see it to understand what I am talking about but I have yet to not find something I was looking for. They have aisle and aisles of wine from all over the United States and the world. If you don’t see something you can talk to management and they might be able to get it for you. I highly recommend this place seeing as most people leaving have carts of alcohol rather than just a bag.

East Falmouth, MA
Kappy’s Liquor Store in Falmouth is the best place to shop at if you are looking for a wide selection of alcohol. This location has a ton of beer options as well as wines from across the country. This location in particular has a great selection of Portuguese items that include Port wines as well as Aguardiente. This location also has a great selection of cigars. The only critique is the fact that the cashiers can be «standoffish» at times.

With such a large selection of alcohol you would think they would carry big cans of Twisted Tea, or Buds Margarita, or even Mikes Lemonade. But no, no they don’t.
Also, make sure you have valid ID. I don’t care how old or young you think you look they will card you. The workers are quite unfriendly as well; you feel like you stole something as you walk around.

Pretty decent wine selection, lots of hard alcohol and giant bottles of Cointreau.
So why just three stars?
Well for one, three stars doesn’t mean it’s bad. It’s just not great. The prices are just «ok», and given they are one of the few large bottle shops on the Cape they kind of have a captive audience.
Ok, so now you have your beverages how about some snacks? Cheese? chips? umm not so much. For the size of this place, I would expect a little more opportunity to do some one stop shopping.
Give me potato chips or give me death!

This is a very large liquor store with a good selection of beers, liquor, and wine — but not a great selection. This is a great store to visit if you are just picking up some run of the mill beer or the makings for a martini or a manhattan. Where it falls short of being a great store is the lack of microbrews outside of Cape Cod, lack of imported beers, and the absence of good mixers and bitters. They have the room, they could step it up.

Best place for beverages– 5 STARS… 0 stars for the incredibly RUDE staff!
Have worked in the retail industry for over 10 years, #1 rule try to be nice to each customer!!! The employees up front had no personality and My party and I were rushed like they wanted to go to lunch. ID’S were handed with no problems, no thank you’s were given. When my friend asked if they had a certain brand of liquor-​she was ignored! We were on vacation and didn’t want to spend our time complaining or waiting for the manager.
Again great products, good prices, Need new staff or to teach them a class on kindness!

Best package store I’ve been too!
They got everything: hard liquor, wine, micro-​brews, domestic beer in big quantities mixers.
They also have bottle collectors on premise, return your empties and put it toward the next drink!
Gotta visit when on the Cape!

Selection, Selection and rows of selection. Really enjoyed the wine tastings. Excellent prices on wine and liquor. Plus awesome recycling facility. You bring in your empty wine bottles, put them in recycling machine and get credit for more booze.

I have been spending a lot of time in the Falmouth /​Woods Hole are for a number of years and have never had a bad experience at Kappy’s. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the selection can’t be beaten. They have a great selection of local beers and are a good place for any and all alcohol needs.
