I’ll begin by saying I’m very suspicious and non-​trusting of mechanic shops when it comes to getting quotes and repairing any issues on my vehicles. A few days ago, my wife asked me to test drive her 2004 GMC Yukon XL Denali because of a noise in the front end. My wife is one of the few women that I know that is so in-​tuned with her vehicle, I knew something was wrong. After the test drive I felt that it was an issue with the R-​Front wheel bearing assembly. I do 50% of the work on ours cars and decided to jack the it up and inspect the front r-​side. I could not physically locate the issue and decided to find a mechanic. Only living in Joppa for a short period of time, we had not established a relationship with a shop. I looked online, found one with 5 star reviews and decided to make an appointment on their online scheduling website. They restrict you from making appointments less than 48 hrs, making it difficult to see them the next day. They also stated that they will call you within 4 hrs during the week, which did not happen. Rather than attempt to contact them, thinking they were too busy to follow-​up, I took a chance and paid Kars Auto on Bel Air Rd a visit. The young man asked if I had an appointment and I said no which led to paperwork and letting me know they will get a chance to look at the car later. I was on pins and needles not knowing what the damage would be; mechanically or monetarily. I was contacted before the end of the day and as I figured, the front right wheel bearing hub assembly was defective. I was also happy to hear a price that was reasonable and fair. My wife’s vehicle was ready the following morning; relieved we left and continued our busy day. I only give 5 stars if I feel that customer service is «Top Level» So far Kars Auto is just that and we will return!

What great guys. They made my daughters first car purchase a great experience and took care of a repair issue quickly. Highly recommend them for affordable daily drivers and first cars.
