Buyer beware. Salesperson added other items to my «bundle» without explaining. Tried to return the item and was told that only the manager can accept the return and provide a refund. I was then told the manager had just left and would not be back for 2 days so the return was not accepted. The salesperson could care less about the situation and had no concern or apologies for the customer. I would advise to shop elsewhere

Do NOT upgrade or shop at 7393 Lee Highway Falls Church, VA 22 042 store. I was overcharged and lied to by one of their representatives and the manager did not want to fix the situation. I found out this store in an indirect Verizon dealer. This means they can set their own prices. Such as restocking fees, etc. I had to get Verizon corporate involved to help me get my money back. I have been a Verizon customer since the 90’s and this is the first time that I have encountered such deceit. Buyer beware! Don’t go there!

I am giving this location THE highest rating because of ONE person… MARIA DYSON!
Not only was she helpful, patient and professional… she did it under EXTREME conditions… she was the ONLY person there… it was the 30th of June and there was no one else working… she muti-​tasked and walked my husband and I through the slalom course of Verizon programs and usage… etc…she was detail oriented and did NOT just send us along our merry way… she insured that we were happy with our plan and directed us in the direction only a GREAT salesperson can…
Will ONLY go to MARIA DYSON in future… True ASSET!
