I saw Michael McCombs several years ago at his old location to repair a permanent retainer I have had for some time. The work he did was shoddy, and the «repair work» broke after 4 days, to which his staff replied «retainers aren’t supposed to last forever.» His staff refused to fix it without charging me more and trying to up-​sell me other services. It was a headache, and I ended up finding a different orthodontist to fix McComb’s mistake. Terrible experience.

I had been avoiding the dentist since 6^th grade, so my mouth was a mess during my early 30s. So I went to Dr. McCombs and I am SO glad I did. He knows what he’s doing, his staff is outstanding. Office is inviting, you’ll feel like family. He’s top notch, so open up and say «AHH» for McCombs.

After an incredibly drawn out and unnecessarily torturous experience with another orthodontist, I found Dr. McCombs and McCombs Orthodontics by referral from my dentist of 23 years. Having sampled more than one orthodontist, which is probably fairly uncommon, I can say without a doubt, hands down that what Dr. McCombs and his team have created at McCombs Orthodontics is a heaven on earth.
A friendly, warm, inviting staff and nicely appointed, comfortable and child– friendly office make going to get your braces adjusted lots of fun. I felt like the staff went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a pleasant one.
I would highly recommend McCombs Orthodontics. I had a wonderful experience and I now have a beautiful smile that I can enjoy for the rest of my life.
