Target Pharmacy

These people are PHENOMENAL and honestly make me feel like the service I would get at a «mom & pop”-style pharmacy. They remember my name, refill my prescriptions diligently, and are all around super friendly. I’ve even had concerns about prescriptions interacting poorly with one another, and they’ve stepped aside and walked through each with me to make sure that I leave feeling comfortable. The blonde girl and Asian guy are particularly awesome, and always take care of me. I’d never go to another pharmacy, and recommend these guys to everyone! :)

Can’t really understand why it took well over an hour to get a flu shot. We got to the Pharmacy as soon as it opened on a Sunday. Pharmacist is very pleasant but she tells us it will take 40 minutes. OK, we wait 45 minutes. Go back after shopping and they haven’t even contacted our insurance carrier. Why is it that CVS can contact an insurance carrier within minutes? Anyway, I tell them forget it, I will pay for it and get reimbursed. The pharmacist said: «but it is going to cost you $ 98» and stares at me. Yeah, thanks but I am better at knowing what I can afford than anyone else and at that point I refused to waste anymore time in Target that day. She was nice about it but it was sort of insulting that she assumed I couldn’t pay for it even though I already said I wanted to do it that way. We waited ANOTHER 15 minutes and finally they gave my sons the flumist and me the regular shot. I looked at the paperwork today and it actually said that the shots were «promised» at 10:50 — an hour and 50 minutes after I asked for them. First, they told me 40 minutes and second — they clearly had no intention based on their own paperwork of doing this in any way that wouldn’t take almost 2 hours. This is only the second time I used this pharmacy and the first time it took well over a ½ hour longer than they promised but this time took the cake. They need to take a serious look at this particular Target pharmacy
