Starbucks

This spot is always crowded and not relaxing for me…
Taste: Rich!
Price: A little bit pricer.
Customer service: So so.
Parking: Free.

If there’s an option for no stars, I would rather pick that for this location because they really lack in the customer service department. First, I understand if you’re a new employee and trying to learn things but why isn’t there more people working and helping out this girl? Second, the new girl took my order and I saw her grab a cup but I guess at the time I didn’t realize she didn’t write up my order. So I stand for a good 10 minutes waiting for my drink (which was a gingerbread tea latte) and I see other customers behind me getting their drinks left and right, so I finally walked up to the counter and told the Bari sta I’ve been waiting for a good 10 minutes for my drink and I don’t even see it being made. So she apologized and made my drink, as if they couldn’t f*ck up any worse they didn’t even made my drink right. There was no sweetner in the drink!!! I should’ve asked for my money back or have them compensate me with a pastry, but nothing. I will never go back there again.

Officially the slowest Starbucks in the area. Staff is not very polite either :(It’s strange to notice, but there are always older men in here unabashedly staring at the young women in line. Finally, the baristas are typically soft spoken and won’t shout out your drink when it is done. This might not be a problem except that this Starbucks is particular loud inside.

Everytime i come in in this place it’s mess, untidy, and the table where they keep the milks and sugar is always dirty. They need to hire another employer simply just to keep everything clean.

I agree with everyone else who said that there are tons of creepy taxi driver men who sit inside and outside and stare at women and don’t even seem to order anything. Management really needs to do something about this. It makes me never want to come here.

Too many taxi drivers there constantly. No place to sit down and chat as they take up every inch of space!

I ordered ice regular coffee for myself. My coffee was not strong at all! The taste doesn’t like Starbucks ;(
I really disappointed with my drink. Too bad this Starbucks is the closes one from my house and I feel uncomfortable to walk by there with all the guys sit outside.

This Starbucks location is located in a corner coffee spot along a strip mall shopping center in my ‘hood. Although I normally avoid this particular chain on most occasions, I have to admit this tried-​and-​true spot is like ‘ol faithful (always there when you need it), unpretentious, loyal & dependable.
As expected, there’s free Wifi, ample seating indoors, and outdoor seating for people (parking) watching — if you’re creepily into that sort of thing.
The interior décor is reminiscent of the traditional wood paneling a la Caribou Coffee (now all converted as Peet’s locations). But this place is pretty inviting, relaxed, busy at times making it a legit spot
I know I’m describing more for atmosphere than coffee, but it’s consistent with what they serve everywhere else (like McDonald’s). I’m rating it highly for their consistent inviting atmosphere without the city snob pretentiousness in most other Starbucks locations. Sit, chill & sip here!

For some reason this is the hangout for 30 or so taxi cab drivers who sit around all day smoking, talking loudly in foreign languages, occupying all the seating space, and creeping out everyone who comes in by staring at them.

I’m going to be a bit spiteful here, so sorry in advance.
This is the closest SB to my place, so I have gone there a lot. I had to get over the large amount of taxi drivers sitting outside talking that would kind of eyeball you while you walked in, but my line was drawn after a rude barista experience this past weekend. The woman was speaking so quietly that multiple people had to approach and ask if they’re drink was ready. When I asked, she pointed at a cup that had been sitting there and said, «yeah i’ve called this like 10 times, so there it is» I ignored that, and in trying to be helpful I said, «you’re not very loud so people might not be able to hear you» to which she looked at me, ignored my comment and turned around.
Given that there are really only two things you get from a coffee place, good coffee and customer service, I think I’ll opt to drive a bit further to the next Starbucks.

Unhelpful staff appears easily confused by coupons. Bathrooms tend to lack basics such as soap and toilet paper on a consistent basis. Biggest plus is the seating area with benches and work tables mixed with tables with comfy chairs. It would be very pleasant if it was well run and kept clean.

There are no other coffeeshop options in this area, so this is what you get. It’s NOT in Target, as one other reviewer suggested (that would be across the street). This is at the corner of an insanely busy shopping center with TJMaxx and Burlington Coat Factory, etc.
I like this starbucks because it has a real coffeeshop feel to it. Yeah, it’s the same old crappy starbucks coffee, which I consider tolerable in a pinch. But this is a large, bright shop with interesting clientelle. As one reviewer pointed out, there are lots of ethnic taxi drivers speaking other languages. Everyone is super friendly. I love the feel of it. The baristas aren’t the most impressive in the world, but they are competent. The store does seem understaffed and lines do build up. But the coffees get made and at most I’d say it takes 10 minutes to get a drink, which is tolerable most of the time.
I love the tables. They are made out of this interesting rought ironwork. Very nice. There are long wooden benches as well. Everything seems to be custom designed and pretty ecclectic – I’ve never seen it before. It makes me nostalgic for a time when starbucks were privately owned and when the owners inserted their own quirky designs.

This place is fairly clean but still pretty dirty, not enough workers and line are always long but customer service are good here. They need to hire more employee and clean the place up and get clients out instead of waiting forever. I wouldn’t come back if I don’t have to cuz I don’t have time to wait everytime I go there.

Worst Starbucks ever! The line is always insanely long and the baristas don’t seem to understand time management. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for a coffee while they take forever to make various blended drinks ahead of you. I have started going to Caribou even though it’s slightly pricier.

There is never a place to sit down. This particular Starbucks is always packed with Taxi drivers who seem to loiter there all day long.

Shout out to my people in the morning rush at SBUX! They open at 8 because they are inside of a Target and once those doors open then the line forms. Yea it’s convenient sure! SBUX also prides itself on it Human Touch to their stores and this one is without exception. The Baristas are so helpful and very accommodating. If your drink isn’t made right then they will fix it to your liking or make a new drink all over again. The line does suck but that’s what caffeine addiction does to this nation! Most of the customers are regulars and you will see when a Baristas sees them in line they have their drinks ready to go. You can’t help but to overhear some conversations that the guests have with the Baristas while they work. Most of the employees are students and they are great!
