Sophia C Phass, DDS

I have very sensitive teeth, so I dread going to the dentist. I’ve been to dentists before that scrape and poke at your teeth and gums like they were chiseling stone.
Dr. Phass is different. She is very gentle and is always asking if I am okay or if the pressure she is using is too much.
Dr. Phass is very friendly and does a good job. I’ve never had to wait long, either in the waiting room or the chair. She also does most of her own work rather than have an assistant do it. I like that because I know I’m getting an expert and not an «expert-​in-​training.»
The staff at her practice are all very nice and helpful as well.
The office is in a paid parking lot, but the front office will validate your ticket so it is free.

Dr. Sophia Phass is great! She is so patient and gentle, you’d never guess you were at the dentist. Other dentists are rough with the tools and disinterested in patients, speaking only long enough to severely scold about flossing frequency, but Dr. Phass isn’t one of those. She is patient and listens to patient’s questions and concerns before and after the procedure, making one feel like you’re the only client for the entire day. She is also incredibly gentle, whether you’ve visited 6 months ago or not been to the dentist in years (I was the latter). My boyfriend, who avoided the dentist for years after some terrible experiences as a child, loves her too. KUDOS, Dr. Phass! Thanks for making me love (and not dread) the dentist!
