Just wanted to update my experience from last year before I do this year’s roast. Same excellent experience last year (October 2009), and I expect the same this year. Then again, my needs were pretty simple. If you have complex needs, you may have a different experience. But I have to say, if you have complex needs, I don’t think you should be at a butcher shop.
