Do not use them! They will loose your things! They removed my son’s tuxedo band uniform buttons and did not return them. They have no idea what happen to the buttons! They want to buy me some other ones at the store but you can’t, those are specific to our school band uniform! SONOTHAPPY!

I really wish I would’ve looked this place up on Unilocal before I went here. This is my horror story: I brought in a family heirloom, the leather outfit and wool hat my dad wore on the boat when he immigrated in 1954, to get cleaned and preserved. The lady at the front told me they could do it «no problem,» and asked for a $ 20 or $ 30 deposit. Gave her $ 30, and she proceeded to write that I gave her $ 20 until I corrected her, then she gave me a pick up date of a few weeks later. I gave her my name and phone number, which she wrote down on her ticket, and she gave me a claim ticket to present when I picked my items up. On the date she gave me, I walked in the door to pick the lederhosen up, the lady at the counter looked like she had seen a ghost. She brought who I assume is the owner up to talk to me. The«owner» gave me the lederhosen, and said they can’t have it cleaned because it’s too old, and refunded my deposit. WHAT… THEYCOULDN’T HAVECALLEDMEEARLIERTOTELLMETHIS? Apparently not because the outfit sat there for WEEKS before I went in to pick it up. My wife and I are leaving to go out of country for two years in a three weeks, and everywhere I checked with told me they can’t do it in that time, but could’ve a mere week ago. It seems it takes four weeks for this process, and the fact that I was unaware Seven Corners Cleaners was just holding my dad’s 60 year old leather outfit, waiting for me to come pick it up… And didn’t even bother to call me to tell me they can’t do it cost me valuable time… Time I would’ve needed to get this heirloom restored and protected. Thanks, Seven Corners Cleaners. I should report you to the better business bureau for your incompetence. I’m not even sure how this place can stay in business with its bad service.

I recently moved into the area and this dry cleaners was conveniently near my new home. I recently dropped off several items to be cleaned. When I picked my clothes back up, later that week I only quickly scanned them. This turned out to be a glaring mistake. I later realized that they had only returned the jacket to one of my suits. When I reviewed the receipt I saw that they had hand crossed out 2 suits replaced it with 1. Now I understand that it’s a busy place that handles a lot of clothing. It’s not surprising that every once in a while pieces get separated. That in and of itself wouldn’t necessitate a 1 star review. But when I went back to try and get my missing skirt, they were unhelpful to the point of belligerence. «No, you only dropped off one suit, I put it in the system incorrectly the first time. You only dropped off the jacket. Go home and look in your closet.» After arguing for about 15 – 20 minutes with the two women, I returned home and picked up the dry cleaning that had been returned to show them. After probably another ten minutes of assuring them that:(1) Yes, I had looked in my closet.(2) No, I couldn’t find the skirt, because I had dropped it off as my receipt originally indicated.(3) I specifically remembered doing so, as it was the suit I was most anxious to be cleaned. I was eventually told to check back in a couple weeks. Maybe they will have found it by then… …and maybe Santa Claus will pop down my non-existent chimney with my missing skirt in his bag.
