Clear states that they accept american express but they keep saying their machine is broken. Which is lie because everything else works. they are too cheap to pay small amount of fee for american express.

I was looking for a nearby Subway, failed to find them, and randomly found this Quiznos. I had bad experiences with Quiznos in the past(bad location near where I lived, but maybe I just chose the wrong subs?), but I thought I’d give it another try… and I’m glad I did! The food was well made with just the right toppings and even oregano that made my Turkey Ranch and Double Swiss sub(reg $ 5.99) perfect. Thank you for restoring my faith in Quiznos everywhere.

Ordered online, and prepaid. I showed up 30 minutes later(time that I was given), and my order wasn’t ready. In fact, they hadn’t even started. They were two very basic sandwiches — two tunas on flat bread, hold the cheese and mayo, and an iced tea. The person was confused because my order didn’t make sense. Keep in mind, you order from pre-selected items on their website, you don’t just go ordering elephant sandwiches on fennel rice cakes with blueberry frosting. After waiting(and defeating the whole purpose of ordering online in advance), I grabbed my cup and tried to get some iced tea(which I ordered and paid for). I was then advised that they don’t have iced tea on Sundays, and that I could come back tomorrow. Really? I just handed the cup back to them and walked out, not interested in drinking soda. You won’t see me there again. On the plus side, the sandwiches were actually decent.

Nothing fancy, nothing spectacular– but if you’re tired of subway, head on over! I had avoided this place for years because I tend not to like anything toasted. But a three hour adoption event at Petsmart and two hungry companions who liked Quiznos brought us to this Falls Church location. Ended up ordering one of their turkey subs, watched them make it and send it through the moving toaster belt. They added more toppings and I was set to go. If you’re super picky about how much this/how much that– let them know ahead of time. You can also add/subtract things from their pre-set menu. Their sandwiches were not as bad as I thought– actually, it surprised me by being better than I thought. Nothing amazing, but better than I expected. The only downside was that I don’t like Pepsi products– and this place is a Pepsi joint. Workers were competent and patient but not the most personable– but hey, it’s a sandwich place and they don’t get tipped… How friendly/super helpful do you really think they’re gonna be?
