Very impressed with the customer service! We walked in looking for a Queen set, and Chuck took us around and showed us the options, all the while keeping our price point in mind but still showing us great options based on what we were looking for. I walked out half an hour later with a fantastic deal. Would definitely recommend this Mattress Discounters.

We drove past here in the morning on our way to get haircuts and noticed that they were having a clearance sale. On our way back, my wife and I decided to stop in as we were in the market for a new mattress anyway.
Needless to say, the place was packed, and management had only scheduled one person, Donna M, to work. However, Donna handled the crowd very well, still helping customers on the floor while writing up sales at the same time. It did take a while for her to get to us, but she was pleasant and helpful enough that we stayed. I’m not sure we would have stayed if it were anyone else there.
With how good the sale was, we got a Tempra-​Pedic mattress and box spring for ourselves, and a twin bed for our toddler. Because of how long we waited, Donna even convinced the company to throw in a headboard and spring board as well. (They were the floor models, but were really cute.)
