I have gone through hell with this insurance agent and her employee, Omar. Her office manager Ronaldo turned out to be the worst. UNBELIEVABLE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THIS AGENT. If you can go somewhere else please do so. Their communication is aweful, Ronaldo insulted my intelligence, and they DO NOT return urgent phone calls. They are disorganized, they can’t answer most questions, they repeat the same answer over and over and WORST OF ALL THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Makes me mad. What a bad experience. I’m writing this mostly for my mother. She is now without insurance. I think we can sue.
