Comfort First Family Dental

I was so happy to find Dr. Jones. I followed her to Comfort First when she opened her own practice. This is a real man’s man’s dentist — where else can you get your teeth cleaned and watch a TV show of your choice on the ceiling. Dr. jones is so nice and I know she is there to help me take care of my teeth. Front desk staff are also great! Due to my work schedule I have to call and change my appointment times and they are very accommodating. I look forward to seeing Dr. jones and her staff for all my future dental needs.

Love, love, love Comfort First and Dr. Jones! I have gone to this dental office on multiple occasions for both cleaning and work to be done on my teeth (they aren’t the best). Every time I am there everyone is extremely polite, the office is exceptionally clean, and Dr. Jones puts me at ease while she works! I am in no way a fan of the dentist and at one point was driving three hours to see my old dentist until starting with Dr. Jones at the end of 2015. I will continue to go back and receive all of my dental care from her and her staff!

I chose this dental office because it is in my dental insurance network, it offers many dental services in one location, it has modern dental equipment and is close to where I live. Before having a dental procedure I asked what the cost would be and Dr. Miata Jones provided me a detailed plan showing the cost of each item at my dental insurance discount rate along with the overall cost. So, there were no surprises when I paid the bill. She will explain the procedure and followup care in a communicative manner that is easily understood. She also called me the morning after my procedure to see how I was doing which was very heartwarming. She is honest, upfront and patient in listening to and answering my dental questions. The dental assistants in the office are very pleasant. Dr. Miata Jones and her staff most definitely deserve a 5 star rating for their excellence in service.

This was my first visit to the practice. I have been looking for a dental home in the area and I have found it. The office is clean, modern and welcoming, staff are friendly and helpful. Throughout my exam and cleaning Dr. Jones described what he was doing and she even had me show her how I floss and then demonstrated he correct way. I have to have some follow up work done and they let me know what my out of pocket cost would be in advance. 5 stars for sure!
