Carpet Royale & Floors

We purchased a very expensive quality carpet as an area rug with padding. Almost everything they promised they failed to deliver… the date the carpet would be in, the padding for it, home delivery and more. The person we bought it from (Tony) was never there for any follow-​up questions for days. His colleague may as well not have been there.
We picked up the carpet 10 days later (not delivered as promised) and they gave a us runner that we have to cut to size ourselves. They insisted this is the norm when people buy a carpet… you have to cut it to the size you want. Really??? I would not deal with this company in any circumstances. They are not to be trusted.

They just put down a new floor in our kitchen, which involved pulling up the old tiles, laying a new wooden floor, and then tiles on the top. We worked initially with Tony. They did a great job — finished in one day. Couldn’t be better and we are very happy. Highly recommended!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Carpet Royale. Tony provided above average customer service in helping to meet my need. I wanted to have an area rug made and put in my new home before my furniture was delivered. We had very little time but Tony followed its progress on a regular basis and even made his installer available on a Saturday to make sure I had it in time.
This is the second time I’ve done business with carpet Royale. The first was about 10 years ago when they put hardwood floors in my townhouse. They did a great job then and that’s why I came back to them this time. It’s wonderful to have a local business to work with instead of going to a big box store where you have impersonal service.

Do not get your home re-​modeled through Carpet Royale & Floors unless you want to deal with a lot of frustration and heartache. We had carpetting done and had laminate floors put in. The results were disastrous. There is zero customer service at Carpet Royale & Floors and their selling practices border on the unethical. Do not give them your business. I am not the first customer to file a formal complaint against Carpet Royale. Please check out Carpet Royale’s rating from the Better Business Bureau before you consider using them. The Better Business Bureau has given them a rating of D+.
