Belqis Market is a hidden gem among the stores in the skyline strip. It is by far the cleanest store on the strip. The aroma coming for the store invites you in. It is definitely the best middle eastern, ethnic grocery store I have visited in the dmv area, it has a great selection, and the prices are reasonable. The store is organized, it has everything and anything and the owner of the store, Ali is willing to order products that are not available in the store. They have a butcher’s section where you can request for cuts. Their produce is fresh and they have a large selection of meat. The staff is extremely friendly, which makes your shopping experience enjoyable. You definitely need to make your way to this store.
On a side note: All the items are labelled with their prices, so when the cashier rings up you, your bill won’t be a surprise unlike the other stores in the area.
