The customer service was so bad. I know is fast food but there is no reason the service has to be bad… duh.

Ahhhh, the 1970’s at its finest! No drive thru, tired old décor, Captain and Tenile playing in the back ground. This place is a total blast from the past. The worst part besides no drive-thru is that the Windows have no shades. The interior of this place gets brighter than the sun at rush hour. The food is ok, the service is ok. Bathrooms are ok. Parking can sometimes be awkward.

What can I say? Sometimes I just need meat and some bread. Always get a classic roast beef sandwich sans fries. It’s cheaper that way and I’m not in love with their fries. This place specifically is nicer than most others. Nice, clean seating area. Two soda machines and condiment areas. The food itself was fresh. Overall, I’m pleased that my guilty pleasure food was delicious in a nice setting!

Today I was on a mission to try Arby’s new Brown Sugar Bacon BLT. My friends and I like to say«there’s a party in my mouth, and I’ve been invited.» Today; however, there was no party. My mouth simply died and went to heaven! It was soooooo gooood! I ordered my BLT with only brown sugar bacon, as it is normally served to include peppered bacon with the brown sugar bacon, and I don’t care for peppered bacon. They really got this one just right, I’ll be back for many many more.

We went here for something quick… We were disappointed. The oil was rancid and made our fries and potato cake taste awful. The sandwich was hot but that’s about it. I guess you can’t expect much from Arby’s.

Visited the store on 09÷09÷14 around 5PM. Only 2 staff waiting on customers with 9 customers standing in line. Only 1 person seen working in the kitchen. After a 14 minute wait to have my order taken only to find out the shake machine has not been refilled after the lunch rush so no shakes. Sandwich order took 5 minutes to fill. Several condiments were not refilled and did not work. Definitely a sub par experience. In heindseight, the help wanted sign for cashiers and assistant managers should have been a clue of things to come. Not going to be stopping back by for a while and see if they can get their act together. I love their menu but I’m not going to go through that again with so many other fast food outlets in the area.

Although just a fast food restaurant, I was looking forward to a hot roast beef sandwich from this Arby’s. Various issues here, including: unclean interior, apathetic service, & lukewarm food. Try a different Arby’s!

We eat here a lot because my husband loves their classic roast beef sandwiches. He always eats the homestyle fries as well, which we think are better than the greasy curly fries they’re known for. I’ve found the staff to be very friendly and cheerful, and they even decorate the place for holidays like Halloween and Christmas. It’s always clean and well-stocked with sauce and soda dispensers, but they do have some roof leak issues in one spot of the lobby. A lot of the food on the menu is high in sodium and/or fat, but a few items are tasty and not too unhealthy. I think their fried chicken strips are some of the best out there, nice and crispy without being greasy, and it’s real chicken breast meat, not that chopped/pressed stuff. The turkey and swiss wrap is really good too, and not too heavy. But my favorite item is only available in the summer, which is the pecan chicken salad. It’s chopped chicken, pecans, grapes and apple chunks, and it’s delicious in the wrap or sandwich. If you want something a little less healthy and are looking to indulge, they have jalapeño poppers, a smoked brisket sandwich and a rotating variety of cool shakes, all of which are very tasty.

Came here again today since I left Quiznos hungry. I ordered the #1 which is the Classic, and waited for it. I get it and put some sauce on it and a couple of small cups of sauce for my fries. The food wasn’t really that good. I don’t know how long they keep the meat warm before serving, but it wasn’t that great either. The fries were like the last time I ate here, and that was at room temp. I don’ t know what’s up with serving food like this, but I won’t be coming here again. Next time, I either go to Subway or Jimmy John’s for my lunch, Or even McDonalds which opens at 4:30 in the morning to serve breakfast which this doesn’t do until 7:00am. And they wonder why they don’t have the customers like the other places do. And I heard one woman said that she thought the food was good because they slice it here. I was going to tell her to go to Jimmy John’s where they actually slice in front of you while you’re waiting for your sandwich. But kept my mouth shut, don’t need to to get slap upside my head for nothing now! LOL!

Fast food chains are hard to rate. On one hand, on food alone, they’d never be above 3 stars, most likely. I want to reward this location for its outstanding service, particularly from the day manager.

I gotta tell you, I was really drunk when I came into this Arbys from V5 next door. The menu looked a little foggy, so I just tried remembering what I ate here while I was stoned in college. Chicken Bacon and Swiss, Regular Roast Beef with ketchup and curly fries. The chicken filet was not freshly made, probably sitting around for a few hours. The food was fine though, and fast. The dude working there was working that mic like a rock star.

This used to be a Roy Rogers now it’s an Arby’s. It’s in a horrible location right at the intersection of Gallows and Lee Highway. Aside from the massive construction project going on(which is really bad) — you can’t turn left from either exit so going North on Route 29 or West on Gallows is a real pain. OK so Arby’s is a franchise fast-food joint right? So how do you get two stars if you are making production line food? Cleanliness and service that’s how. The service isn’t all that bad, but the cleanliness in this store is just awful. I’ve been here several times and it’s always the same. Food particles all over the tables, seating and carpet. The trash receptacles are so full you can’t even stuff any more inside. So when that happens what follows? People start leaving their trays on the tables and the situation compounds. I went to use the bathroom once and it looked like someone literally chucked a bucket of soapy water into the room and left it like that. There was like an inch of standing water in there. Are you serious? Finally, the air conditioning for the restaurant is way too weak for all the windows surrounding the dining area. If it’s a sunny summer day just forget it. It will be steamy hot and uncomfortable and unacceptable for dining. There is no drive through at this location so if you go here, grab your food to go and you will be alright. If you decide to get it «for here» just remember that you have been fairly warned.

Staff is slow, but the food is good. I really wanted a Jamocha shake badly, and decided to wait the 10 minutes it took for them to take my order. Once they took my order, that got out in about 2 minutes, so not bad. Most of the staff doesn’t speak english, so no special orders(unless you know spanish) Lastly, they made the best Arby’s Jamocha shake that I’ve had in a long time!

The restaurant was clean. The service was good. We did not have any trouble placing our orders. The cashier was friendly and capable. The fries and the roast beef sandwiches were good. The chicken tender had too much batter and a little dry. The onion ring was not great, not awful. I liked the horsey sauce(wasabi mayo) and the three pepper sauce. It’s something different than the usual chicken nuggets and Big Mac. If we are in the area, we will go there again for the roast beef sandwich and the fries.

The place is clean and the customer service is great. A wide selection of sandwiches and an open soda fountain for free re-fills makes this place a regular stop for me.

Clean location w/plenty of registers to handle the lunch crowd rush. Really like the new Orange and cream milkshake thing they have $ 2.35ish! Also like the Jamocha Shakes(medium size is about $ 2.20ish) My fav is the Beef n’Cheddar sandwiches at any Arbys w/whatever sauce they add so the beef doesnt’ seem too dry! Yum!
