Todd is great! Easy to get appointments, great communication and goes above and beyond for customer service. Fixed my stove and while he was there fixed my dishwasher that I didn’t even know needed fixing, just to be a nice guy! He’s in the Frederick area daily so don’t let the W.V. address scare you off. Highly recommended!
I have to amend this review (2÷17÷2016). Turns out the problem I was having with my oven (it wouldn’t heat up) was created by Todd on his first visit. He crossed two wires. I was without a working oven for weeks. He came the first time to replace the computer, which technically fixed everything. But when he was putting everything back together he hooked two wires to the wrong connectors. After he put it back together and the oven wouldn’t heat up, he said he must have received a bad part. (Never checked his own work). He’d re order it and be back in a few weeks. Never heard back. Lucky for me Frigidaire sent out a different company and they caught it in under two minutes. Switched the wires and it fired right up. Cut to two days ago his secretary calls and tells me he hurt his shoulder and wouldn’t be able to make it back out. What a loss…
Nice guy, not good work.

Fraud. Billed Frigidaire as if they came to my house to repair my freezer. No one came to repair. Company no called no showed twice.
