Definitely earned a forever customer!!! My company car (that I practically live in because I travel so much) needed some much needed TLC. There was a couple spots in the back seat that would not come out for anything, but they were able to get out. Dog hair that was very short and fine that seemed almost glued to the fibers in the seat, they were able to get out. By far the best detail job around. I have committed to booking them every two weeks. Ow for maintenance. AMAZING work :)

We are totally happy with Robert’s service. He is friendly, efficient, and my husband’s car looks fabulous! We will definitely use his service again we his price is also reasonable.

(If you question that, you can contact me.) The reason I’m writing two reviews is that I was very, very impressed by the excellent detailing that Wax On Wax Off provided. I’ve had my cars and SUVs detailed before, and BY FAR, the guys from Wax On Wax Off did the BEST job. I will definitely use them again.

I too purchased a Groupon for an executive detail service by Wax On Wax Off Mobile Detail. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Robert sent a confirmation text to me the day before my appointment, which was a nice touch.
Robert and his crew showed up at my home on time. Before I knew it (about an hour), my car was finished! After looking it over, I found the detail job to be top notch. Both the interior and exterior look like new again!

My car was in dire need of a complete wash and detail. I coincidentally found a Groupon for Wax On Wax Off and decided to purchase one for the executive detail service. It included a wash, clay bar, wax, interior cleaning and carpet shampoo. Although they are a mobile service, for those that use the Groupon, the drop off was at the Pechanga gas station.
Robert and his staff (Tyler also worked on my car) did a great job! My car turned out great! The exterior was silky smooth and shiny, the tires were dressed, and the interior was immaculate.
I was told the entire job would take about 2 – 3 hours. I decided to walk to Sports Authority to pick up some stuff. I figured by the time I was done there and walked back, the car would be finished. In about an hour and a half I got a call that my car was done. I had just begun to walk back and was about 45 minutes away. Robert was nice enough to pick me up and drive me back to the car.
Overall I’m happy with Wax On Wax Off Auto Detail. Great work, great service!
