Straight Up Pilates Studio

I have been training here for five and a half months and the instructors are top notch. The rest of the clients are simply awesome. I train six times a week on reformer and bar and feel super transformed and they have helped strengthen my entire body after two years of back pain! Thanks!

I walked into this studio without being able to touch my toes. Years of running and not stretching had taken its toll.
After my first Pilates class I realized how much work I had to do but also how quickly with Amy’s help I could make progress. After a few private sessions Amy came with me to meet with my physical therapist and discuss the best path forward. Amy’s knowledge surpassed the physical therapists and thus I knew I had hit gold in finding choice her studio.
3 months, coming 5 days a week and my kyphosis is corrected and I can get hands flat on the ground. Thanks Amy! This place is a gem in Fallbrook and its not surprising why people from all over North county San Diego drive to this studio.
Amy is one of the best Pilates teachers I have ever met. Her anatomical knowledge is first class and being a professional athlete herself (in her spare time) she understands the needs of wanting a good energized workout but not at the expense of a compromised posture.

Straight Up Pilates is such an amazing studio and the owner Amy is as good as it gets. She taught me so much in my first month of Pilates classes that I am now leaner, stronger and hooked on my newfound passion. I had never taken a Pilates class before and after moving to Fallbrook I was struggling to find the right place to join. This studio is a blessing and we are so lucky to have such an amazing place in our small town. All the equipment is brand new and the setting is intimate so even in a group class there is a max of 4 students which means personalized attention each and every time. They offer multi-​level private, semi-​private and group classes that consist of barre, mat pilates, stretching and amazing Reformer sessions. Whatever you choose you can’t go wrong and your body will thank you for it!

The most amazing work-​out ever. I’ve done yoga, gym, etc. Pilates far exceeds them all. Straight Up Pilates is located is a most wonderful peaceful surrounding. You feel the vibes. Amy is a very patient teacher. I had heard so much about pilates and always fearful to try. Well I did it, it’s great. I feel the pain today and love it. Looking forward to again join Amy on my next trip to Fallbrook. You are an amazing instructor. I highly recommend this to everyone. No age limit.

I was introduced to Pilates by Amy, the owner. It opened a world of core fitness I didn’t know existed. Her knowledge of the intricate and fine differences in pose and form allowed me to access and work muscle groups I didn’t know existed. wow! What a cool place. Great people, good vibes and a FANTASTIC workout. To be honest, I had never tried Pilates before. Occasional yoga. I was introduced by a friend. So I went to try it out and I walked out of there feeling energized, stronger and hence the name, straight up. Not to mention, after the session, I took a shower, drank some coffee and homemade juice in a spa-​like room. Just awesome. Nice jobs guys, keep it up.
