I could not have pulled off my wedding vision without Julie!!! That’s the bottom line of it. I consider myself a very detail-​oriented Bride that planned most of the wedding myself — but the flowers were very difficult for me because I had so many ideas of what they could have looked like and I had no specific ideas of exactly what flowers I wanted, ect. And then enters Julie! I told her my color schemes, and the theme of my wedding and basically let her run with my vision. She not only knew exactly how to fulfill my vision, but to actually see it come to life was magical! She worked with me so well, and answered any of my questions and helped to put me at ease. I trusted her before and I MORE than trust her now. Do not go with anyone else other than Julie!!!

Wow! Where to begin when describing Simply Regal + Fallbrook wedding coordinator and florist Julie Edwards!!! My company has been lucky enough to work with Julie at 3 different weddings in the last 2 years.
Her coordination services are truly world-class…typically coordinators roll up in slouchy «comfortable» (vs. dressy or professional) clothes, have maybe emailed me the schedule 3 days before the wedding without asking for my feedback (as the DJ or officiant). Julie actually sends out the agenda weeks in advance AND calls (yes, that phone thing people are on all day…) She uses it to build rapport with vendors and ensure the expertise of each individual vendor is utilized to ensure the optimal wedding day experience (rather than not wanting to hear the expertise of the other vendors – this is what crummy coordinators do because they think they know everything and feel threatened).
Julie is both flexible when appropriate and firm when needed. She doesn’t play games or get into drama. When she needs to lay down the law, she somehow does it with diplomacy (I once saw her yell at a shuttle van that was an hour late… and I was thoroughly impressed!)
Julie puts her brides/​grooms FIRST, treats the wedding team like a TEAM, and is just over-​all delightful to be around. She is organized, professional, experienced, a true expert in what she does, reliable, has a great eye, and extremely talented. She is her worth every penny of what she charges – and then some!
Finally, as a florist, Julie does an amazing job of bringing to life her clients’ visions. I have seen brides react to seeing her floral designs for the first time on their wedding days and they are so happy they darn near cry! I have seen the ceremony area at The Prado dressed up a number of ways, so I was eager to see what Julie had in store for the space at our most recent event together… and it was spectacular. It was the best I’ve ever seen that wishing well they have down there look – she transformed it from gray concrete chunk to whimsical fairy tale. I know Julie isn’t one to brag about herself, but she trained with a very hoity-​toity flower school in Europe – and the difference between her work and that of other Fallbrook wedding florists is marked!
Six stars if I could to Simply Regal by Julie… one of the best San Diego wedding coordinators AND florists without a doubt!

Julie did a fabulous job with our wedding flowers. I was so happy to work with an individual that could execute my vision. She did a beautiful job with our arrangements (bouquets, isle center pieces, boutonnieres, and florals). She worked with our budget and really pulled off the look I wanted for a smaller dent in my pocket. Thank you Jules!!!

As a girl who never really thought much about being a bride until I was one, I was probably the opposite of a bridezilla. Rather than wanting things done an exact way, I really just wanted to let creative minds run wild with my thematic vibes. I wasn’t sure going into my wedding how I was going to pull off this simple, hippie but not costumey vision I had in my head, but I’m incredibly lucky that the vendors I chose saw me so clearly – and none more so than Julie!
From the very first time I sat down with Julie to discuss flowers a few things became immediately clear: 1) I didn’t know that much about weddings, and 2) Julie was going to help. Thank goodness for her! She helped to keep me in budget, suggest the right flowers for my various needs, and remind me of things I would have otherwise completely forgotten, like boutonnieres or an extra bouquet for the toss. I was able to show Julie a few Pinterest ideas and describe the look I was going for, and she simply made it happen. My wedding vision turned to real life thanks to her expertise!
The biggest floral aspect of my wedding was my crown. I knew I wanted to wear flowers in my hair, but when looking for examples of what I wanted I found that I liked everything. Greenery, flowers, etc… it all looked good to me! Rather than pick something for Julie to replicate, I allowed her complete creative license. I am SO glad I did! My flower crown was absolute everything, and I never would have been able to come up with it on my own. It is a focal point of every photo and I never tire of seeing how gorgeous it looked!
Julie was thoughtful, creative, and helpful throughout the several months of planning. I was sad to not have a reason to e-​mail her once the wedding was over! She kept me calm and informed throughout the entire process, and started sending teaser photos a few days before the wedding which allowed me to rest easy knowing my vision was coming to life. I absolutely recommend Julie for any floral/​wedding needs! Thank you for everything!

I’m a wedding DJ and minister and come across many wedding planners. Julie really stood out from the rest. She was organized, friendly, calm under pressure, and just overall a lovely, bubbly person to be around. She knew when to «deal it straight» in our coordinating with the bride, but also knew when to gloss over things for the greater good. She has excellent taste, is experienced, and makes wedding planning easy. The bride and groom of a recent wedding we handled together praised her by saying she had made it the best day of their lives – I think that’s the ultimate compliment. Highly recommended!

Julie is one of the most gifted, organized, creative, hard-​working individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. She is funny and sassy as all get out… She is amazingly talented and gifted… She is honest and straightforward… She is sweet and kind and truly desires to do right by her clients.
From day one of planning our wedding, she was on the ball, helping us to formulate our own vision for what our day would look like. She inspired our own creativity and constantly thrived to make sure everything was what we truly envisioned. She was meticulous in covering each and every detail. She was inspired in her designs and creativity. Her floral designs blew us away — I have NEVER seen such beauty created from flowers. She expertly navigated the sometimes difficult task of finding «middle ground» between what Elijah and I envisioned, and what my parents envisioned. She was ALWAYS available to talk or email or text about whatever came up. She made the planning process feel like an absolute pleasure instead of a chore. She covered every detail beautifully. She took our feelings and inspirations, and turned them into the most spectacular wedding day we could have ever imagined. Thank you, Julie. It was an honor and a privilege to work with you. Julie was amazing. Everything was better than I could have ever imagined. She worked with my budget and had so much attention to detail. I was complimented all night on how beautiful all the bouquets were that she provided. I would recommend her to everyone over and over!
