Food was great. Had the fajitas… yum. Margaritas; the best in Fallbrook. I’ve hit all the local hot spots and been disappointed. Service was impeccable. The salsa was made in house and again amazing. Plus they make my favorite green tomatillo sauce… again great. The only reason 4 stars was because I was confused by the menu and would have liked to see more authentic Mexican dishes. Recommend you give this place a shot. My family was extremely suprised and enjoyed our diner.

Had dinner there Friday afternoon. Was a bit surprised to find no other customers whatsoever. I had a $ 25 coupon to burn so we stayed anyways. The«old building» type smell was overwhelming as we walked in but the nice hostess was reassuring. It took a while for our food to come, but was worth the wait. My wife had the fish tacos and I had the seafood enchiladas and ice teas with plenty of refills. We had a shrimp and potato skins on the side. I highly recommend all of the above. Our bill was $ 54. But when I gave them my $ 25 coupon, they came back with a $ 36 bill. They decided to add a $ 9 service charge. I thought that was a bit rude, but I had planned to give them a big tip anyways. I added $ 4 to their $ 9 and left with a smile. 4 Stars for great food and service. But minus one for trying to stick it to me on the bill. I will go back with another coupon next month :)

It’s a nice place for a group. We were in the patio on a perfect day. The waiter, who may have been the owner, seemed overwhelmed. He tried to take our order twice. Before that he took the order of a couple seated with us, went to the kitchen, came back with the check for that couple, then took the order from us and another couple. I paid $ 16 for 5 pieces of shrimp, some carrots and broccoli. I wouldn’t pay half that had I known beforehand.

Went here with my husband and two kids on a Friday night. We got a table no problem the service was by the owner and was wonderful. Our food we got was some of the best Mexican food we have had in Fallbrook. We will definitely be back again!

We got to the restaurant and it was completely empty. It was nice being the only ones there and it being quiet. Sergio was our waiter and he was terrible. Got us our drinks and we didn’t see him again for 20 min. I had to get up and go find him for refills. The food is fantastic, the only reason this is getting two stars. We were required to give an 18% gratuity when we had seven people in our group which amounted to $ 20. Sergio did not deserve five dollars. He was never around and we saw him maybe three times during during our meal time. We had dirty glasses and silverware. Overall unclean and an unpleasant experience.

Bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp was to die for, to offset calories get with great broccoli and carrots. Husband had Cobb salad and was very pleased. We just discovered this local Fallbrook delight and love it. Service excellent, food excellent. We’ll be back many times. House wine is right price and quality!

I hate to say this, because the owners seemed super nice, and the food was quite good… but the place is just a little run down. I’d love to see these guys do better — they need to advertise more and improve the facility. Like I said, good food!

Great place for locals and travelers. Great Hispanic food and cold beer. This place had authentic mex. with just the right spice. it is so far the best mex i have eaten in this trip which now is over 31 days long and getting longer. the staff would bend over backwards for you when not busy,

Wow this place is that bad. Food is frozen, salad is out of a bag from Costco, salsa is out of a jar and it had salad peppers, very vinegar tasting. Where’s the beef? Couldn’t find but a couple nuggets in my chicken taco full of grease, shredded cabbage(also from a bag) and décor looked like a dive bar with rap style Mexican bumper music. No wonder the parking lot is empty.
