Pala Mesa Nursery

Honestly you deserve no stars. My husband and I just walked around this nursery, called the phone number that was on the «we’re here to assist you» twice and no one answered — and NO ONE was on the grounds. So thank you for being horrible at customer service. You’re lucky I’m an honest person and didn’t just walk off with the plants. Get your shit together.

We live in San Diego but based on these reviews we knew we had to check it out. We had a large area to landscape with drought tolerant plants and knew little about the plants. We were immediately greeted by Patti and she was very helpful in offering tips and showing us the selection. It made our shopping experience fun and stress free! The prices are phenomenal and service was exceptional. We will be coming back for all our planting needs and referring our friends. Patti — we’ll post photos here when we’re done but so far everything is looking fantastic! Thank you!

Wow! I just left this place and am amazed at their prices and selection of drought tolerant plants. We spent $ 50 on plants that would have been $ 200 in LA.

I thought the prices here were really good! The selection was great. The staff here was helpful and nice. I will continue to return and refer this place to everybody I know.

Found this nursery by chance. They have the best assortment of palms and succulents around. The owners really know their stuff and helped educate us on the care of our new plants. My husband and I are planting more drought tolerant flora and are very pleased with the ones we picked out! Agave tharakiis, large agaves and aloes and several palms. We love this place! Patty and Rick are wonderful people and great to work with!

This was a first stop on a trip to find a certain succulent for my mom. We had a picture but not a name for it. On arrival we were greeted and asked if we had any questions. We showed him picture. He knew exactly what it was called, dinner plate. And knew where to find it. He helped us by answering questions. We actually bought more then we were looking for.
Didn’t check in till I was leaving. Missed the discount. Dang. But I will use it next time.
I’m sure I will be back since I live near here now.

I have gone to Pala Mesa Nursery to buy palms and succulents several times in the last several years! The staff if always very friendly and helpful and the selection is great! If you are looking for beautiful plants at great prices this is the place to go!

Great selection of rare and mature palms. Great for all your landscaping needs. Large or small. Professional staff, eager to help and very knowledgable. I highly recommend!

So, I have been on a hunt for a plant I had been admiring in our old neighborhood and finally found one in our local store. I had purchased the only one there. When I inquired their next delivery of this particular plant, the answer was, probably next spring. With that, I Unilocaled the area for a nursery and got this place. I called prior to heading out that way and they insured they had the plant in 5 gallon pots.
I was greeted immediately apron entering the nursery and directed to the plants I inquired. They were kind enough to plastic up the bottom of the pots to hold the loose soil, and also loaded into the vehicle.
Upon paying, the general manger kindly processed his first Unilocal discount, that came up as I, ‘Checked In’, so be sure to check-​in to get your discount!
He also gave some information about the plant and a little info of the nursery.
I look forward to returning and purchasing some succulents! Thank you for making my hunt easy and informational.

I get all of my drought tolerant plants, succulents and tropical palms here!!! They have a great selection of quality product and excellent customer service! Everything we have from Pala Mesa Nursery looks absolutely beautiful in the yard. I highly recommend checking them out! This is the only place I go now when shopping for the yard. You will not be disappointed!!!

Can’t speak highly enough about this nursery! When we redid our backyard we decided to incorporate some unique plants that would tolerate the heat (and cold) of Murrieta. We were referred to Pala Mesa Nursery by some friends in Fallbrook that have been going to them for years.
As soon as we got there, we found about a 100 different plants that we wanted! The folks there helped us narrow down our wish list based on what would work well together and compliment the look we were going for in our backyard. People that come over to our house are blown away by how good our yard looks now and we are too! You just can’t get the service from Home Depot or Lowe’s that you can get there — the staff knows their stuff. In terms of prices, I don’t think you’re going to find them lower anywhere else. We compared them against a couple of other nurseries around the area as well as Lowe’s in Murrieta and they were the cheapest.
Great prices and great service? What more do you want? Thank you Pala Mesa Nursery!!! I’ll take some pics of some of the items around our yard we purchased and post them soon. They’re all doing great!
