The front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I lost my kids insurance cards and called my insurance company to make sure my kids would still be able to get seen without cards. The insurance company told me that I shouldn’t have any issues checking in for appointments. I call Dr. Robinsons office to make sure my son will be able to get seen without his insurance card. The clerk or nurse assistant answers the phone in Spanish then proceeds to ask what I want. I explain to her my situation and she cuts me off and transfers me to another rude staff member who starts yelling and telling me she doesn’t have time to sit on he phone and explain to her why my son can’t get seen due to no insurance card.
