I’ve been going to this place for about 4 years now. I can’t imagine going to the DMV for everything I can do here. The ladies are always nice and always helpful. Time is money for sure and they save me a lot of money. The amount of work i would have to miss sitting at the DMV plus the amount of gas doesnt even compare!
What some people don’t know is that the charges include this lady sitting in line at the DMV every morning.

Might as well have gone to the DMV. I showed up on Saturday — my only available day to do this — for a vehicle verification. Their posted Saturday hours are 10am-​2pm. I waited till 10:30am, called and left a message asking for a callback, and never received one. I called back again at 11:30am, finally got the owner to answer the phone, and went down there, only to wait another half hour in a line for my inspection.
I don’t know what I’m being charged a total of $ 90 (on top of DMV fees) for with service like this. The only reason I’m not demanding my money back is because it’d be too much of a hassle to start the process over again somewhere else. If you can’t be bothered to show up on time to run your own business, you don’t deserve mine or anyone else’s.
