Visited on Saturday 2-​April-​16. Can’t say much more than the several previous Unilocalers have said, just wanted to make sure this place receives another 4-​star vote. Chourico burger was great… prices are cheap… a delightful little dive (if that isn’t a contradiction in terms!). First visit and did not get the «screw you, you aren’t a regular» vibe at all.

Came here late night for dinner and drinks. One of the draws of this place is that it has a kitchen open until midnight which is great for those of us who work late. This place is easy to miss but be sure you do not. You have to go downstairs to get in. The atmosphere is super casual and they for sure have some regulars. The bartender was very friendly and efficient. He made sure my drink was full at all times and checked in frequently. Being a craft beer lover there was no beer I would have liked to drink but they have plenty of other options. They had some kind of a wing deal so I decided to try a few different kinds. These wings were delicious. Crispy and full of flavor. This place is a great option if your looking for

Seriously some of the best wings I’ve had period! Nightlife is always good, good crowd and reasonable drink prices. A little small and somewhat awkward seating inside. Otherwise a great place for wings and nightlife.

Probably the best place to grab food! Can never go wrong! 60 cents for each wing! Plus if you «check-​in» on the Unilocal App you’ll get a free House Basket of Fries! Cannot go wrong with that. The service is awesome here, amazing atmosphere. Great place to meet friends, grab a bite or a drink and socialize. The pricing isn’t that bad either, It’s pretty cheap. My personal favorite on the menu is the Fall River Burger! Totally encompasses the Fall River Portuguese Heritage! If you come, you’ll definitely enjoy your time.

The old down under clean good selection of beer decent entertainment I just can’t stand the pompous crowd you can’t really blame the bar for that but not really one of my favorite places to hang out I gave them 3 stars because its really not their fault I’ve just been there a half a dozen times since it was St James and even when it was the Down Under 15 years ago the crowd just isn’t my type

First time checking in here and Unilocal hooked me up with some free fries! They were awesome. I’ve been a here a few times for drinks and an appetizer, the food is always good, wings are great with plenty of sauce choices. The drinks are cheap and the staff is friendly, never a bad time

If you’re looking for a great little pub experience, this place is it.
Went in with a couple of friends looking for a quick beer and then off. We sat down and the bartender took care of us immediately. He knew quite a bit about the beers on tap and The food, simply great. I recommend the french fries. I will definitely return next time I am in the area.

Great place. Like a 20’s speakeasy being downstairs. Was there for lunch. Fresh ingredients made well. Good wings and sauce. Fresh tasty hamburger meat. My wife said even the cole slaw was tasty.
When we were leaving, there was a delivery of produce. No frozen fries here. Big bags of fresh potatoes.

St. James is a no frills, sports bar-​esque, Irish pub in downtown Fall Riva. Food is cheap (and not bad), beer is cold, and service was pretty darn friendly. My chicken sandwich was better then I thought it would be, and there fries were very tasty. I also liked that I only spend around 13 $ for a Yuengling, sandwich and fries and tip. It’s definitely a locals bar and anything but pretentious.
My favorite part of my visit was when the bartender was asked by this dude if he could sample one of the micro brews and the lady said «We don’t really do that here. His reply «You are a beer bar, aren’t you?» (I believe he was asking if they were a craft beer bar) and her reply was «Well we are a bar that serves beer». So yeah, don’t expect a bar that gives out tastings and/​or is going to provide you with a wealth of knowledge on beer and spirits. Grab a pint, get some wings, and chill out. Nothing fancy but a cool place to meet up with a friend.

Just love this place,. Favorite spot for some weekend beverages. Always a crazy busy crowd. The wings are bomb (I usually get the Dooley flavor)… Juicy Lucy is also delicious! And of course their french fries! NOM! Plus the bartenders are just love. Patty & Billy! Go to this place you will not regret it!

There is no table service. Seat yourself and just WAIT FOR FRICKING EVER for someone to come to you.
If you go to the bar, they will tell you to wait for a server.
And the server will LET.YOU.KNOW.about it.
Seriously. IF I WAIT 15 MINUTES, don’t chew me out for going to the bar.
I think these people are not used to competition. They act SO MUCH BETTER THAN YOU. It’s disgusting, honestly. I have heard so many bartenders act patronizing to people, it’s terrible.
Seriously, avoid this bar. They charge $ 7 a draft and give shit service. There are WAY better places in Fall River, by far.

One of fall rivers greatest and oldest Irish pubs. …great food great spirit. Even has a kids menu. Come on down and enjoy fall rivers history.. burger lovers I recommend the juicy Lucy and the libson. Greatest wings in fall river as well. I highly recommend the Jameson wings. Bands every Friday and Saturday. Trivia on Thursdays. Billy and patty are the best and look forward handling you every alcoholic beverages

Burgers and beers for $ 10 on Wednesdays is superb!!! The Fall River burger is awesome as are the fresh cut fries and fresh slaw!!! Sam Adams fresh Octoberfest on tap!!!
