Papa Gino’s Pizzeria

Not that many people really read reviews on Papa Ginos prior to ordering, but I’ve been disappointed 5 out of the 6 times that I’ve ordered from here. Between delivering my order after I said pickup, to missing items from that same order then questioned that I ordered them in the 1^st place, to not giving any breadsticks with the 3 pasta meals that were ordered, to forgetting to include dressing with my salad… needless to say, I shouldve learned my lesson by now. But just a fair warning… this Papa Ginos will most likely disappoint you too, so do yourself a favor and grab some Taco Bell from across the street.

Concur with all the other reviews. Used to order for delivery no problem. Last four trips to this location have been frustrating. 2 times resulted in me walking out with no food after waiting. Two calls for pickup resulted in 20 minutes longer than told and half the order never being made both times. Its unfortunate since I love the pizza but its just not worth it. Making matters even worse is they do all you can eat four or five days now. Don’t even bother going on any of those days. its pure chaos and you will wait forever, regardless of what you order. This is possibly the worst run franchise I have seen in a long time.

Ughhh asked for a veggie pocket with everything. Even called back to confirm I didn’t get what i ordered.
$ 40) later… Here i sit, hungry… Never again. I’ll never ordef from them again.

VERY DISSAPOINTED! I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. I got a large cheese pizza and EVERYTHING WAS VERY COLD!!! When I called they did nothing about it. IE: offer to send another pizza with the correct topping etc. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Literally had to take pizza out of box and put in oven to warm up! Thank for a terrible dinner papa Gino’s! Oh and 30 minutes was actually 1hr 15 min

Ordered a meatball and spaghetti and meatballs, they told me 10 – 15 minute wait, came back around 20 minutes later, noticed that they were just making the meatballs and was wondering if it was mines or if mines was just finishing up, then finally someone asked me what order am I waiting for and I said meatball and spaghetti and meatballs, they said what is your name? and I said Jessica and they said ‚“oh, well we gave your order to another Jessica so we will have to remake your order, the other Jessica has your meatball sub and spaghetti and meatballs.“that’s all she said, no sorry no nothing, and she said it so casually, so I just ended up getting my refund back, I’m may be done with this franchise.

Used to be my favorite pizza… still good but they use a different cheese now… must be cheaper… and it doesn’t melt right… doesn’t taste the same

Ok so tonight was the final straw! I had talked to Andre D who says he is the manager and he gave me a $ 14 credit because of previous issues. Tonight I call and order 2 burgers one plain one ketchup mayo and lettuce, easy right? Nope. I ask about my credit get placed on hold then he comes back on and says oh yeah the complainer??? Ummm excuse me? I place the order at 7:02 get told 30 – 40 mins max so 8 rolls around no food I call asking because its 20 mins over the estimate and get told its been gone 10 mins and there was a stop before you it’ll be there. Well at 8:15 it shows up, burnt AGAIN, cold fries and one burger has tomatoes all over it and of course the person who ordered it HATES tomatoes and won’t touch a burger that has touched one, he’s 7. Ridiculous. Never again

After I ordered from this place the first time where they failed to deliver my order took my $ 50 and then closed the store, I spoke with the manager and he said he was disappointed but hoped I would give them a second chance.
I ordered online again, after waiting an hour and a half I called them and a girl answered and she rudely said I can’t find your order but if it’s not in my system it’s probably on its way. I asked for a manager and asked her to confirm that she received my order. She said yes and it was on its way.
I got my order. Out of the 4 items my chicken Caesar salad was missing the salad dressing although I asked for extra dressing and extra cheese.
I will never order here again. The papa Gino’s on Elsbree street in Fall River is fantastic. The employees are kind and they always get the order right. They manager comes out to check on their customers and the food is always fresh.
Do not order from the Papa Gino’s on Mariano Bishop Blvd in Fall River, MA. You’ve been warned.

went here with my granddaughter… there were 3 of us and spent $ 25. the girl that took our order was charging us for cups for water from the soda machine. my husband got pissed and she took them off the bill. we ordered a ½ plain and ½ linguica pizza. when the pizza came to the table there were 3 pieces of linguica and 5 plain… not a half and half. my husband brings it back to the counter and the girl says she will tell the manager and they will discuss. we ate, cleaned up and returned the plates and no one said a word. my husband says «Is this how you handle your issues, by ignoring them». the manager says he knows nothing about the problem we had and my husband says you were standing right there when i came up and complained. we told him we will never go back there again and he didnt care at all. i am going to contact the corporate office and let them know how poor their customer service is! 1:30 on a Saturday and we were the only ones there… should have been a red flag!

Driver was great but very disappointed that my original order was placed at 7:33 and i just got my sandwich at 9:05 yes they gave it free for screwing up. But really looks like they just threw it together and forgot to cook it

I always order from PaPa Ginos at various locations, however this location is definitely not one of the best ones. I always get a large pepperoni pizza and a blt with no tomato in a pocket with cheddar cheese. No matter what my sandwich always gets messed up from this location. My pocket was burnt with no cheese and there was hardly nothing in the pocket. How can u mess up something so simple like that. Now while the rest of my family gets to eat there pizza I’m sitting here typing a review waiting for my sandwich replacement to arrive. This location needs a wake up call and to check all food before going out of the store. I would not even give it to a dog.

Over the years.. The quality and service has greatly diminished. Papa Ginos was my favorite corporate pizza place at one point.. Sadly I can’t say the same anymore. This location in particular.

If you order delivery your order will be wrong no matter what you order so don’t bother unless your into surprises

I love the lunch special with 2 slices of cheese pizza and a soda. YUM and inexpensive. This location has good service and though it is beaten up, is clean enough.

Admittedly, I’m a little embarrassed by this love affair considering I think of myself as a foodie and have been known to crank out a pretty mean pizza in my day but whatever…
It’s quick and convenient and I love that chewy crust with the crunchy semolina dusting. And the sauce is just plain and simple; no crazy dried herbs and tangy just like tomato sauce should taste.
My husband loves him some pepperoni but that’s a no-​go on my vegetarian pizzas and this location is ALWAYS accommodating when he requests pepperoni on the side. They even heated it up on the grill for him the last time.
Im a purist so I usually stick to cheese topping, maaaaybe mushrooms if I’m feel adventurous. Either way, Papa Gino’s is just plain good pizza.

Fast, friendly service. Good crispy pizza, served quickly. I like how the children’s area has been slightly separated from the rest of the restaurant.
Near the Harbour Mall and Route 24, so easy to get to. Large parking lot is convenient.
