This is my favorite Crossfit box in the area, I have tried out several trying to find the right fit. Johnny and the members were really welcoming and he worked with my schedule. The workouts are awesome. I felt like I was actually training for something. The classes are full of people that have physically demanding jobs. So, being an artist I would ask my self «why am I doing this?» But, at the end of each class I felt a sense of accomplishment and was honored to be able to workout with them.

#HeritageCrossFit offers a ton of classes Plus an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. This is one of the best CrossFit facilities in the region.
