I was married 5.14 and used Felicias’s for my rentals as well as invitations. They have a gorgeous showroom with the cutest stuff ever!!! Their pricing was wonderful in comparison to other rental companies locally. I felt like I was a part of their family which was so nice considering this was one of the most stressful times of my life … The day of my wedding I was completely amazed with how everything looked. Everything was perfect!!! Thank you Girls

Everything for our wedding came out just fine! We ordered chairs, table cloths and linens from them. They recommended Taylor rental for flatware and stemware who gave us an excellent quote. Much cheaper than quality rental and the others. All in all, the cost for our chairs and linens from Felicia’s were probably just less than competitors, but they were really hands on. Working with Taylor rental also ry brought down the costs. I will recommend them in the future!

First of all as a wedding planner I love the girls at Felicia’s! We use them constantly for our couples so it was very easy for me to choose them for my own wedding. I already knew that they are always prompt, reliable, accessible, and always there for me even in a pinch — but I was totally blown away the day of my wedding! Everything was SO stunning and SO beautiful and perfect! Not a single stitch was out of place. I cannot thank the girls enough for everything. They made my vision come to life and it was so beautiful! I will continue to recommend them to EVERYONE! Thanks girls! XO

These girls were the best! When we walked into the room we were amazed at how beautiful the linens and setup was. All our guest commented on how beautiful the room looked. Could not have been better. The girls were great to work with and very efficient. I would highly recommend them for any event. Loved their work.

I completely agree with the other reviews. «The girls» seemed great when we first met them! They made some nice suggestions and came through on lanterns and linens. However, they FORGOT the napkins! How does one forget napkins for a wedding I don’t know. Long story short, they blamed eveyone but themselves for forgetting the napkins and if it wasn’t for our fast thinking caterer, we would have been going to iparty in our wedding dress and tux.

I have to agree with the previous review. The owner is quite rude when things do not go her way. I went in to order linens for my wedding. I was not sure about the color, but placed the order anyway. Kim made it seem like if I changed my mind she would be happy to change the order. After thinking about it for only an hour, I called back to cancel my order. She refused, saying she had already faxed my order in to her vendor. She could offer no proof of the fax, however. Just very bad customer service. I had already spent a lot of money there, on invitations and chair sashes. I lost a couple hundred dollars from cancelling my order. The girls working there are as nice as can be until something doesn’t go their way. It was very disappointing as all of my other wedding vendors were so pleasant to work with.

My wife and I were drawn to Felicia’s by their low prices, but we soon learned that — as the saying goes — you get what you pay for. After purchasing our invitations there, my wife returned to look at table linens and chair covers. Kim, the owner, wasn’t in the store that day, and no one else would give us a quote. So Kim called later that day to quote us an amount, and to record our information for the rental contract. She asked for a credit card to hold the reservation, so my wife told her to use the one they had on file, with the understanding that no charge would be made until we had reviewed and signed the contract. This all took place on a Saturday. On Sunday, my wife and I reviewed our wedding budget, and begrudgingly decided to forego the chair covers. Since Felicia’s was closed, I put off calling them until first thing the next morning. When I requested to remove the chair covers from the order, Kim informed me that she would do so, but that she’d have to keep our 50% deposit. My question to her was simply: «What deposit?» She then informed me that my wife had authorized a charge to my credit card for 50% of the contract amount. My next question: «What contract?» I politely explained to Kim that there was no contract(and even if there was, I had authorized no such charge to my credit card), but she wouldn’t budge. So I told her that if she would not refund the charge, I would dispute it with my credit card company. At this point, Kim became belligerent, so — true to my word — I disputed the charge, and won. So please — don’t make the same mistake we did. Don’t be charmed by the low prices. This is a low class operation that should be avoided at all costs.
