Good prices, large portions, good service, and great food. Try the calamari and flaming chorizo. The fried ice cream was a very large portion and good to share.

Came here for dinner last week with my boyfriend. To start, service was slow, and it was not busy, so that was annoying. But as soon as our waitress came over, she was amazing!(Nancy?) was a fabulous waitress. Very attentive, made suggestions, and was funny too! She asked questions about our real lives and actually listened to the answers, we were both pretty impressed. Their food is AMAZING. Went for their special they run on weds and thurs,(a bottle of wine and two entrees for $ 30 or $ 35) Worth it and more. Had the chicken mozambique wings for an app, and they were delicious. I had only tried mozambique once before, and this will definitely make me try more. I actually ordered the mozambique dinner too. Both our entrees were delicious, and I couldn’t decide on dessert so I ordered two– the rice pudding and the flan and they were sooooo good! Great end to a great meal. I would rate this 4.75÷5 if I could, just based on the poor start, but other than that, perfection!

The portuguese steak really doesn’t get any better than the way this places makes it. I have tried just about every portuguese restaurant in Fall River and this place is hands down, the best! The atmosphere is great and they have a dinner for two deal.

I think this is the first time in a long time that I have been totally pleased w everything. The service was on point; nice, classic, relaxing atmosphere. Food is delicious. Split the 2 for $ 32 meal. We chose the red wine sangria & the Mixed Boat. The red wine sangria could be stronger but it was definitely tasty. The Mixed Boat is basically like a white wine paella w just seafood. It was absolutely delicious!

Had my first steak today at Estoril and it was delicious. It was very tender with a rich, mushroom sauce. I will be returning just for this dish. We started with the spicy calamari(which wasn’t spicy at all) which was a very generous, tasty starter. The service was also incredibly attentive(one of the best service experiences in the area). Thank you Estoril for a wonderful dining experience. We will be back.

I had high hopes for this place. Phantom Gourmet aside, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in recent memory. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday– our anniversary is also around the same time; it looked to have a very romantic atmosphere. We were seated promptly at my reservation time. We ordered the pitcher of white sangria– tasty, but weak. We both ordered the potato-based soup, about twenty minutes later the waitress comes back with my boyfriend’s soup, but not mine! She never did come back with mine at all. I let it slide, thinking it was a busy night and I didn’t need the extra calories anyway. An hour later, our waitress returned to say«your meal will be out soon. It’s the cod, which is one of the longest meals to cook, you know.» Um, okay. Subtly blaming us, that’s cool! I should point out that NOTONCE did she refill our water glasses! Over 90 minutes after our arrival, we were finally served. We both had the Grilled Native Cod. The fish was so badly burned that I could barely cut it with a knife. We resorted to scooping out the soft interior from their hard, leathery shells. My BF had the added bonus of discovering there were still BONES in his fillet! How nice! It’s a good thing he didn’t choke. I was seriously disappointed and wished I asked for a refund, but we just wanted the hell out of there. Not sure if this was an off night or they hired unqualified staff, but this place was not at all reflective of its reviews.

Went here for a meal after going to Portugalia marketplace. This really is as good as it gets. The portugese soup was so good we took a quart home. I had the shish kabob which was outstanding. Portions were generous and prices are good — we thought initially they’d made a mistake when we got the check but after checking it, it was correct. Will def go back next time we’re in Fall river.

Staff was friendly but it only seem to be that one girl working on Saturday july 18. Calamari was delish. I ordered steak estroil the sauce was good but no seasoning on the steak whats so ever my son had a grilled chicken breast. It was a regular grilled chicken breast. Dessert had both the fried ice cream and crème brûlée. Now the crème brûlée is my sons favorite dessert it was the worst i ever had. Not creamy what so ever. Over cooked custard. The fried ice cream was good for the half that was actually cooked. You could see raw dough dripping and taste. I say there is always a first time for everything.

AWESOME! I saw this place on Phantom Gourmet and had it bookmarked. Happened to be in the area so we tried it out. The service is excellent and the restaurant is clean and nicely situated. We started with the flaming chorizo. It’s a Portuguese sausage served on a ceramic dish that is holding a flame. Very cool and a great tasting sausage. On Wednesdays and Thursday’s they have a dinner for two special. Select entrees and a bottle of wine for $ 29.95. WOW! Great deal! We both had the Portuguese steak that was cooked perfectly. It comes with 2 sides and a delicious gravy. Huge portion as well. We will definitely be back. Our bill with taxes was only 42 bucks. It costs more to get s couple of salads for lunch most anywhere else.

Have I been deported? It did not feel like the same place. We have been here numerous times and have made it our favorite portugueses restaurant. It was a friday night from hell, not sure what happened. We started with the calamari, which was good untill we noticed a pile of deep fried matter under all the calamari. Maybe they needed to empty there frier-later. The chicken Mozambique was ok which the one star came from. The pork and littlenecks should be called pork and potatoes, because you only get four littlenecks. The topping on the cake was the lipstick stain on my wifes water glass(she does not wear lipstick). Time to look for a new place!

Hello, after many months, we finally tried Estoril, I wish we had much sooner! The«Fantom…» Was right in their review! What a nice experience, all staff very friendly. The atmosphere has a family feel, and yet upscale. We tried the shrimp Mozambique… had to try their sauce for it… what a flavor, the right amt. of garlic, heat, sodium… it was so good, could have stopped there and been happy. The menu has something for everyone, I had the«old country baked stuffed scrod», with the rice and carrots as sides,(decisions for the sides, starch and veg. Are at a min.), the meats, seafoods, sauces are the heroes here, and that’s just fine! First thing you notice is how everything is cooked perfectly, cooked as you wish, and not dried out. The other dish ordered was the«steak Estoril», the first thing you’re struck by is the amount of sauce, and it looked so thick, but chef does a very good job of keeping it lite and works with the meat… very tasty, very tender! The experience here was most enjoyable, the food is cooked expertly, and, if you’re not accustomed with Portuguese cuisine you’re in for a treat. So much to try on menu, will return soon… next time might save room for the«fried ice cream», I’ll let you know…
