Burlington Coat Factory

Went in for a return, I stood there as two females with walkie’s just looked at people and did not help anyone. Grabbed a box for the lady putting stuff on layaway then walked off again. Two cashiers checking people. They too had zero customers at the moment. A line built up in returns and the poor cashier was not getting help.
This is not the first time I have witnessed this but IF your checking out and the store is closing? You will get VIP treatment.

I went to do some shopping for my family. Went really well found a great winter coat for my wife and found lots of stuff for my kids.

I was looking for a fancy dress for an event and figured I would try this place. Surprisingly, not only did BCF deliver, but I was pleased to find that there was more than a couple of cute items at fairly good prices that I would wear in my daily life! There were some drawbacks though. First, The gowns that I was looking at only went down to a size six. i I wear a 4. I tried on the size 6 anyways, and it seemed to fit pretty well. Secondly, the racks in the women’s section are pretty darn confusing. They are set up in regular sizes and petite/​misses. As you are walking around, you have to constantly check what section you are in, and what size you are looking for. Also, of the regular sizes and petite sizes, they are again grouped into two different categories: sizes like 2,4,6,8 and sizes like small medium and large. The prices that I saw were around twenty bucks for things like sundreses, and 40 bucks for dresses a little fancier. I think those are very reasonable prices, and would go back again for things that I can’t find anywhere else. They also have a decent selection of everything else: shoes, pants, shirts and of course coats and jackets. But there has been times I have bought things there and they fell apart too. So I would be very careful what I buy there. I bought a pair of work shoes there that completely fell apart after two weeks, and the same with a winter coat.

I’ve been to a few different Burlington Coat Factories and most of them have been crap, but not this one! Very clean and all the clothing is on the proper racks. Great brands like Buffalo David Bitton, Marc Ecko Cut & Sew, Polo, Calvin Klein and a bunch of other brands to choose from! All these brands you can get at Macy’s, but you’ll be paying a fortune, especially if the items are regular price!
